"Cheers!" Chaeyeon yelled, raising her soda can.

The other three reciprocated the gesture.

"Wow... The drink tasted better with success," Sakura commented. "Congratulations to us, especially to you, Minju."

"I-I did it, right?" Minguri asked in disbelief.

"You sure did," Nako smiled, tapping her shoulder. "If you just see yourself back there... You sound so confident, you look so confident... Our other one-week preparation is worth it."

Right after they got scolded, the team prepared once again for the second meeting. Minju pushed herself more to the point that her group members got worried because she's not getting any sleep. But just like what Nako said, it looks like all of it paid off.

"I wouldn't be able to do it without you, guys," Minguri answered. "Actually, I want to apologize. We're supposed to be focusing on our job as analysts but my drawings pulled us into this big trouble. I'm really sorry."

Nako shook her head violently. "You don't have to apologize! You know, we have also learned to love the empire, and we supported you because we know that your designs will help the company grow and be more known."

"Also, it's not the presentation that's the hard part," Sakura added. She then lowered her voice, like a whisper. "It's the heiress... She's really hard to please."

"Same opinion here," Chaeyeon said, pointing at herself. "God, she doesn't even let us breathe with her questions."

"L-Let's not judge immediately, shall we?" Minju defended her childhood friend. "You guys know what happened between me and Ms. Ahn. I just don't want that to happen again."

"I agree on Minju," Nako said, nodding slowly. "But for me, Sakura and Chae are also right. She doesn't need to humiliate us like what she did a week ago."

"So... You'll give me your phone now?" Sakura said, clearly remembering their bet.

"I only told you that I don't like that trait of her but I didn't say that she'll bring our company down." Nako replied, her smug face showing."

"What is happening?" Chae and Minju stared at them with confusion.

"Well-"

"Can I sit with you?"

"M-Ms. Ahn!" Saku yelled, standing up.

The girl chuckled. "Why so surprised? So... Is it okay to sit with you?"

The three looked at each other while Minju is just casually eating her food.

"S-Sure," Chaeyeon stood up next, grabbing the empty seat beside their table.

"Thanks," Yujin smiled at them, her dimples showing.

"Why are you here, Ms. Ahn? I... thought you're filing a leave?"

"I am, actually," Yudings admitted. "But..."

"Yujin?"

"Ms. Kim!" The finance head greeted. "It's nice to see you."

"Same goes for me... Wait, why are you still calling me 'Ms. Kim'? I told you, Chaewon is enough."

"Oh, sorry, Chaewon." Yujin apologized, scratching the back of her neck.

"So... What are you doing here? Going to my Dad?"

"Yupp. I'm... I'm filing a leave."

 The heiress froze. "L-Leave? W-Why?"

"Well... I-I need to rest from such a hectic schedule." Yujin lied. "So, I better go now... I still need to explain-"

"You can't leave!" Chaewon said, holding Yujin by the arm which startled the girl. Seeing the lady's expression, she let go. "Sorry... B-But you can't do that."

"What? Why?"

"Because... Because," The heiress said, thinking. "Because of Ms. Yabuki's team! I-I already approved their designs and they need their head to lead them."

"But Ms. Kim, I'm a finance staff... And so are they. Shouldn't you give the Arts & Design team the drawings and let them handle it?"

"A-Are you against my decisions?" Chaewon asked, forcing herself to look mad.

She doesn't want to act all mighty in front of her but if it's the only way to make her stay, she will.

"No, please don't take it the wrong way... What I just want to say is that-"

"An order is an order, Ms. Ahn. Now if you'll excuse me, I still have things to do." The Kim said, rushing to her room.

"And that's the reason why I'm still here," Yujin recalled, sipping from Chayeon's can after.

"Wait... So we are going to handle this, too!?" Sakura groaned, voice clearly tired.

"Oh no, no..." Nako slumped herself to the table. "I'm really starting to lose trust in Ms. Kim."

"M-Maybe we can still change her mind," Minju said, pushing out her optimistic side. "I'll go talk to her-"

"Don't... She didn't listen to Yujin, what more to you?" Chaeyeon replied, giving up. 

"But I can't just let this happen. We have more work to do in the Finance Dept. It's my fault, sorry."

"No, I'm the one who caused this," Yujin disagreed. "I should fix this."

"But how?"

Silence. No one knows and no one dared to suggest.

"Well, if we can't fix this... Then maybe we can just enjoy, right?" Chae said, trying to lift everyone's spirit.

"Right," Yujin closed her eyes and clasped her hand. "Also, this might be a good thing. I mean..."

The girl on specs met eyes with Minju and winked at her. "I can have more time with you."

 Chaeyeon, Nako, and Sakura were surprised to see that move. But what surprised them more is that Minju just playfully rolled her eyes and smile.

"Whoa, hold up," Chae blurted. "Is there something that we didn't know? Did Minju just... smiled at you? The Kim Minju smiling at the Great Ahn Yujin-"

"Stop overreacting, Ms. Lee," Yudings leaned on her seat. "We're fine now, that's it. Don't make it of a big deal."

"It is a big deal, though... Minju usually takes those kinds of jokes seriously." Nako commented.
