Once upon a time, mr cool PREMIUM mandu wrapper met ms PREMIUM tofu at a club and they fell in lov at first sight. fast forward 3.5 years later and they had baby PREMIUM beef. But mr cool PREMIUM wrapper was a cheater and had an affair with ms PREMIUM mung bean noodles. So they produced another PREMIUM cabbage baby without letting PREMIUM tofu know 🥺 afterwards, mr mandu wrapper was photographed by paparazzi vege salad and made the headlines in the morning news:

Braised short ribs with scallion and carrot stew served with korean brown sauce, Aka Galbijjim.

The transformation of hard meat, raw carrots, and scallion into a high class dish called galbijjim was interesting, to say the least. It has a lengthy process and it takes a lot of time to get the right tenderness of the meat and have it go well with the other ingredients altogether. 

Considering that it wasn't an easy dish to make, I have observed that there

are quite a few things that we can learn from making itㅡ it's consistency, focus, and patience.

Consistency in the sense that you need to know exactly which step you should do first. You have to make sure that you follow the rules because if you skip a procedure and miss a certain point, then it would result to failure. 

Focus. You have to make sure to keep doing what you're doing. Distraction will only lead you to confusion and unless you're able to get back to the right path, you're gonna lose track of what you're doing and waste all that you have already worked for.

And lastly, patience. I've heard a saying from the humans that go along the words of "Patience is a virtue.", which makes complete sense to me now as I would say that it's really something that is important in order to have the dish turn out well. If one is already consistent with their work and are focused with what they are doing, all that is left for them to do is be patient. Things take time to become what they're supposed to be and rushing will just ruin whatever it is that has already been built.
