'Please don't let go of me, I'm scared!' Saerom's lips quivered as she gripped Gyuri's hand with all the strength she had. She struggled to not look down and only stare up into Gyuri's eyes. She saw tears in them. 

'I'm trying! I don't think I can hold on!' Gyuri's panicked voice echoed through the rocks. Some dirt fell onto Saerom's face causing her to squeeze her eyes shut. 'Stop squirming! I can't lift you up!' Gyuri continued to panic. 

'I'm slipping, Gyuri! Please help me!' Saerom cried out desperately. She blinked her eyes, looking up at Gyuri who sighed heavily. 'I can't do this anymore.' She heard Gyuri mumble. 

Saerom's eyes grew wide as she felt Gyuri's grasp on her falter. 'Gyuri! Help me up! Gyuri!' She called out desperately to her girlfriend, who looked at her with empathy. 'I'm sorry, Saerom. You don't deserve this, but I can't keep up with your trouble anymore. Goodbye.'

She let go of Saerom's hand, and Saerom saw her turn away, not wanting to see her fall. 'GYURI!!!!' Saerom yelled as she fell down the mountain, not believing that Gyuri actually let go of her. 

'GYURI!!!' The mountains echoed.

How could she do this to me? Gyuri is my lifeline, my guardian angel, my whole universe. 

'GYURI!!' The mountains cried again. 

Is this what she wanted the whole time? To let me fall? To leave me? But she is Gyuri, she wouldn't do that to me.

'GYURI!' One more faint cry for help that failed to reach Gyuri's ears. Or her heart. 

Gyuri wiped away her tears, knowing that she had just dropped her precious girlfriend into oblivion, into darkness. Into her death. 'I'm sorry, Saerom. It's for the best.' She whispered, to no one in particular.
