*JENNIE'S POV*

"Nakakagulat si Lisa, hindi ko alam na siya pala yung bagong Manoban Heir na pinagkakaguluhan. Tapos, yung princess pa ng Thailand yung fiancé niya. The tables have turned, really." sambit ni Khai as he nodded to himself. Sinundo kami nung family car nila dahil tapos na yung event.

The whole time, as in buong event.. the princess was clinging to Lisa. I immediately knew na Lisa wasn't lying when she said she loved Malee dahil nakita ko sa mga mata niya na she genuinely cared for her. I know because she used to look at me that way too. 

I saw them being sweet, the Princess stealing cheek kisses every once in a while kapag feeling niya siguro ay walang masyadong nakatingin. Pero wala eh, I saw it all. I also heard from Malee that Lisa's planning to come home next  week. Atleast Malee's not coming with her because to be honest, I'd be really uncomfortable watching them flirt like that on campus.. everyday.

Tapos... what made things worse... I chanced upon Lisa's cousin, Bambam.

-FLASHBACK-

"Malee!" someone called from behind and I felt someone touch my shoulder. I flinched. When I looked back, I saw a tall man, probably my age as well and he was wearing a smirk that seemed  all too familiar to me. He was wearing a dark green tux, I noticed the same pin with a family crest placed on his right collar, the letter M. 

He's a Manoban, I thought. Dahil nakita kong may identical na pin na suot si Lisa at si Mr. Marco nun kanina.

"O-Oh. I'm sorry! I thought you were Malee.." he stuttered as he looked down. "It's fine." sabi ko naman. He scratched his head. "You're a Manoban?" tanong ko.

"How did you know?" he replied while smiling. "Lisa." I almost whispered. It's been weirdly hard for me to say her name outloud these days. The guilt from everything's finally creeping up on me. 

"Of course, it's always Lisa! I love my cousin but she's getting all the girls!" he exclaimed as he put both of his hands up dramatically. "Isn't she engaged already, though?" I questioned him, trying to get some information. I suddenly decided that being subtle isn't my forte right now.

"Oh yes.. she's engaged now.." sabi niya naman with his eyes widening. "She's exclusively engaged to the Princess. Yes. She is. Very. She is? Right?" sabi niya as he chuckled weirdly. "Thanks to me. If I hadn't brought that cousin of mine to that bar.. she wouldn't have met the Princess. You know what? I hate being the third wheel!" he trail
