"Chaeng?" Mina slightly called out trying to wake up Chaeyoung

"Mmmm?" Chaeyoung stretched and slowly opened her eyes. "oh, Mina. Wassup?" She said with a husky voice.
 

"Uhm, School?" Mina chuckled
 

"What?" Chaeyoung grabbed her phone and checked the time which is 7:30, "HOLY! We're going to be late" she jolted up and started to get ready. "I'm sorry, I woke up late Chaeyoung" Mina said with a slight bow and her finger fidget

"It's okay, give me 10mins" Chaeyoung chuckled and continued to get dressed.

"YAHHHHH!" Someone screamed in the building, it turned out to be Dahyun "MOMO! We are late!" Dahyun said panicking
 

"5 more minutes mom" Momo mumbled while sleeping
 

"Oh no you dont! I AM NOT OUR MOM! Let's go" she pulled Momo out of the bed and started to get ready "NOOO MY JOKBAL!!" Momo got into her senses.

Dahyun's phone started ringing, it was Tzuyu so she answered. "YOU SURE TOOK YOUR TIME UNNIE!!!" Tzuyu shouted. "Sorry!" Dahyun laughed
 

"Get out now, Sana and I are waiting for you and Chaeyoung" Tzuyu stated
 

"okay okay" Dahyun said

Dahyun and Momo, Chaeyoung and Mina met with Tzuyu and Sana by the Lobby.

TZ: "You sure took your time!"
CY: "If it wernt for Mina, I'd still be sleeping"
MM: " Tell me about it"
DH: "MOMO! Wake up!"
MM: "Eh?"
SN: "Shall we walk now? We only got 20 more mins."
TZ: "Let's go!"

The girls got near to school and started to run when they heard the first warning bell.

CY: "Who's idea was to walk!! We could've gone here in 10 mins by car!!"
SN: "SORRY! We always walk!!"
TZ: "We're gonna make it!"
MN: "Yah! The gates!!"
MM: "RUUUUUN"
DH: "YAHHH!"

The girls got passed the closing gate slightly on time, they were trying to catch their breath as they continued to walk in school.
 

"Hahaha! You guys barely made it" Jeongyeon stated as she greeted them
 

"Hey guys!" Nayeon added
 

"You do know gates close at 8:00 am right?" Jihyo laughed.
 

"WELL YES.. and NO?" Dahyun said as she scratched her nape.

The girls laughed and continued on to homeroom.

"Psst! Tzuyu, let's skip class!" Jeongyeon whispered
 

"Heck no... I dont want to get in trouble" Tzuyu sighed
 

"But, why, It's boring and anyway its the first term only? We gotta have some f—" Jeongyeon was interrupted "Ms. Yoo, care to solve question number 4 for us? Since It seemed you and Ms. Chou are discussing how to solve it right?" The teacher said
 

"R-right uh.. the answer is.." Jeongyeon looked around and saw Momo on the right by Tzuyu flipping a page with the answer. "Uhm, 12%?" Jeongyeon said as she gulped a bit. "Very well, Carry on" the teacher spoke.

"Hey, Momo, thanks for the help" Jeongyeon whispered.
 

"No worries! I gotcha" Momo chuckled

Jeongyeon smiled and sighed as she looked out of the window. "this is boring" she thought.

"Psst Momo! Wanna go out? I'm bored" Jeongyeon whispered

Tzuyu then hit the latter on the head, "Unnie! Don't influence her!"

"What? It's up to her if she wanted to you know?"

"Well, it is quite boring Tzuyu-san, and I might fall asleep more" Momo thought

"Eh? MOMO?!" Tzuyu's eyes widen

"What? It'll be just for a few mins?"

"Great it's settled!" Jeongyeon said excitingly as she raised her hand to catch the teacher's attention

"Sir, I need to go to the clinic, my stomach seems to hurt so much.." Jeongyeon acted hurt

"Well okay then, be sure to go straight to the clinic"

Momo then raised her hand "Can I come with her? I needed to take Meds too since I was gonna raise my hand first"

"Very well.."

"Yes!" Jeongyeon mumbled "Come on Momo" she grabbed Momo's hand and began walking. She saluted at Tzuyu and winked making her shake her head with disappointment.

"So what were you planning to do?" Momo asked

"Nothing, Walk around or something, how bout we go to the tracks" Jeongyeon pulled her "and by the way, thanks for giving me that answer, I would be grilled toast if it wernt for you" She laughed

" Oh it was nothing" Momo laughed

 

They then arrived at the school's track and field. The tracks had no people on it, It was quiet. The breeze was cool and the sun wasn't out bright. Just the perfect weather for a supposed picnic. The girls then walked towards the garden hill with trees and sat down. The tree branch shadows cover the soft light of the sun as they laidback.

 

"ah! this is better!" Jeongyeon laidback and composed

"Yeah, the sun is not that hot too or bright, it's just perfect with this breeze" Momo joined the latter "I could sleep all day!" She laughed

 

In a few moments later

"Oh? what are you guys doing here?" A familiar voice called out to them Momo and Jeongyeon turned to the direction of the voice revealing Nayeon walking up to them

"Skipping" Jeongyeon said sticking her tongue out. Nayeon furrowed and slightly rose her cheeks.

"Anyway, have you met my friend? Momo? this is Nayeon"

"H-Hello" Momo raised up and bowed slightly however Nayeon's reaction was quite confused yet she reciprocated the bow as well

"Anyway, I'll leave you guys here, you guys need to hurry back out, Bell's gonna ring in 10 mins you know" Nayeon waved a hand in dismissal.

Meanwhile in Class A, Sana seemed to be snoring loud enough for the class to hear. Dahyun took a glint at Sana who was dozing of with her book up to cover her sleep. She took a few candid photos of Sana smiling like an idiot while Mina crumpled a small piece of paper and threw it across the room to hit Sana. She didnt wake up, Mina continued to crumple about five more pieces of paper and threw them across but still failed to wake up the drooling latter.

"DA HECK UNNIE?" She whispered and Chaeyoung snickered. Mina got furious and crumpled bigger balls of paper and shot it right over, however instead the shot collided with the book covering Sana's drooling face which plopped over and made a loud sound which caught the attention of the class. Mina flinched as she instantly threw her notebook to Sana to wake her up and save herself from detention.

"WHAT THE HE— oh" Sana jerked and shouted in class. The class was filled with silence. Mina laughed with embarrassment and covered her face.

"Is everything okay Ms. Hiyouitozaki?" The teacher spoke
 

"Oh! Hahaha! I thought I saw a ... spider?" She said tilting her head sidewards.
 

"How old are you Ms. Hiyouitozaki?"

"Uh? 17.." she smiled

"And yet you get frightened with a measly spider" the teacher and the whole class laughed

"S-sorry ha-haha-ha" she scratched her nape smiling and sat down.

Sana mellowed up and saw the notebook on the floor recognizing it was Mina's. She grabbed the notebook and wrote something on it and slightly threw it back from behind to reach Mina's area.

Mina laughed and held out a thumbs up.

"Seems like you enjoyed your sleep love" Dahyun beamed
 

"Oh shut up, I was really tired last night." Sana gaped
 

"Oh really? Tzuyu is your roommate is she not?" Dahyun said as she wiggled her brows weirdly and crossed her arms
 

"Yeah, she is hilarious, I'm glad she's my roommate.. it's fun teasing the little fella" Sana laughed but doesnt seem to impress Dahyun.

"Teasing?" Dahyun gave a fake laugh "In what way do you " "she slightly raised her eyebrows

"Oh that's Our little secret yknow? ROMMATE STUFF" Sana chuckled
 

"Right" Dahyun's smile slowly faded. "Hey Sana, how bout going out for dinner with me later?" She asked looking bleakly out of the window

"W-what?" Sana looked as her confused

"Nothing" Dahyun said turning towards her "I wanted to get to know you more, you know?" She smiled

"Well, I don't know, but I'll think about it" Sana smiled and faced forward as Dahyun fixed Sana with a smiling gaze.

Night has come and everyone returned to their respective rooms.
 

"Hey... Chaeyoung?" Mina said disquieted
 

"What is it?" Chaeyoung replied while continued to read her book
 

"Wanna go to the park?" Mina asked
 

"Tonight? Wassup?" Chaeyoung shut her book and paid close attention to Mina.

"Nothing, I just wanted to have fresh air?" Mina slightly curled her lip and kept her head down

"Okay then, but I am not from here, so... I dont know any good park to take you to" Chaeyoung said as she stood up and got ready

"I know one, I used to play there when I was a kid" She said excitingly and her eyes widened

"Then.. LET'S go!" Chaeyoung grabbed her jacket and pulled Mina out of her bed and suddenly walked out of the door

"Chaeyoung— wait" Mina got shocked and comedically tried to get away from Chaeyoung's grasps

The two walked to the park and Mina smiled as if she had found her center peace.

"THIS! ... is life" Mina said spreading her arms wide under the moonlight turning around like a ballerina.

"You really loved this park huh?" Chaeyoung trailed the latter and laughed as she jumped on a balancing fence looking at Mina.

"I do, I used to spend my childhood afternoons playing by the sand with my brother and sisters, and ran around and chase the cats" She said smiling as she points out her favorite spots

"You know there is one more thing I love doing, climbing that!" Mina pointed out a tall tree with markings of kids or lovers writing their names over it "The dream tree.." She said as she stands in front of it with Chaeyoung listening to her stories.

"They said, if you and your soulmate wrote your names on the tree, it would be everlasting OR if you wrote a certain dream, It may come true" She added while reaching to her pocket "Here"

She handed Chaeyoung a sharpie pen "now follow me" She exclaimed while carefully dusting off the trail for her to climb "I made this trails when I was young, It's funny how no one could figure out how I got up here.. not even my sisters" Mina laughed as she started to climb

"M-mina, you sure this is safe?" Chaeyoung said nervously

"Trust me! Now cmon, dont be a chicken" She said as she continued to climb. Chaeyoung nervously followed climbing.

"Alright! This is my branch... Se..noh!" Mina hopped forward to the branch "Omy god! It looks beautiful.. Come on Chaeyoung" she exclaimed

"A-alright" Chaeyoung said nervously and hopped beside Mina.

"See?" Mina pointed at the sight of trees, mountain and bright full moon and stars above.

"Whoa! What an ecstatic view" Chaeyoung opened in awe with her eyes sparkling bright under the moonlight "This is beautiful Mina" She stated

"I know" Mina held Chaeyoung's hand and moved closer to her slightly putting her head onto Chaeyoung's shoulder. "I could just stay here all night" she said

"Please dont? I feel like We could fall if we sleep here" Chaeyoung joked

"I was just saying" Mina laughed "Here.. let's write something here, no one wrote here because I was the only one climbing this tree" she chuckled

"What should I write?" Chaeyoung asked

"Anything, a lover's name, a dream? A wish?" Mina said. "Here let me start" Mina started writing on the branch she's sitting on right between her and chaeyoung so she can read it as well

"and there! I should also write "Let me protect you"" Chaeyoung hummed "Should I?" She showed her dimpled smile

"Aww!" Mina mumbled and took the pen from Chaeyoung "but!.. you really dont have to do that" Mina laughed and kept the pen back in her pocket. She then began to shiver.

Chaeyoung noticed the latter's action "Here" Chaeyoung took her jacket off and handed over to Mina

As she carefully moved her arms around Mina to put on the Jacket herself, Chaeyoung leaned a-bit causing her to fall out of balance. Mina quickly grabbed Chaeyoung by the hand and pulled her to keep their balance equal as she pulled Chaeyoung, the younger was pulled into a hug.

"Whoa- That was close Minari!" Chaeyoung blurted out

"M-Minari?"

"Oh nothing!" Chaeyoung pulled back, sat properly and whistled around, her eyes gazed at Mina from the side and she smiled

"What did you just call me?" Mina chuckled raising her eyebrow

Chaeyoung hummed and turned her head onto Mina which instantly caught both of their faces close to each other Chaeyoung stared at her dark hazel eyes. Mina's eyes diverted to Chaeyoung's lips and back to Chaeyoung's eyes "You're Beautiful" Chaeyoung said catching the latter off guard.

Mina slightly pushed her away "W-what are you talking about" she laughed

"No really, your eyes are amazing" Chaeyoung laughed. "I didn't know you had those beautiful dark hazel eyes" Chaeyoung chuckled.

"Whatever, you know what let's go back home" Mina started to move around preparing herself to jump down.

Chaeyoung grabbed Mina's wrist and pulled her towards her face "Please be careful, I dont want to lose you.."

Mina held out her other hand onto Chaeyoung's face pointing onto her nose "You! are funny! I am not afraid of heights you know." she laughed and Jumped down.

"Come on, or do i need to catch you?" She snickered

Chaeyoung jumped down confidently in front of Mina, stood up and dusts her pants and hands as she  leaned closer to Mina

"Well then, better make sure to catch me if i fall.." she Suddenly kissed Mina on the cheek as she jerked backwards placing her hand on her cheek that was kissed by the latter.

"Cause I might be soon" Chaeyoung gave a dimpled smile and grabbed Mina's hand pulling her to walk back to the dorm. "Ooookayyy, Let's go!"
