So, as Taeyeon woke up and had a quick breakfast with Jiyong the next day, she sent an urgent message to all of the girls asking them to meet up.

“What’s wrong Taeng?”

“Taengoo! I have my tour right now~”

“Unnie, I really missed you! let’s meet up~”

“Send the location…”

“Is there any special occasion?”

“Unnie-deul! I missed you all~”

“Taengoo is asking for us? Something must be wrong…”

“Answer us! What’s going on!”

“It’s something that I can’t say over phone!”

“Oh my…”

“Is everything alright?”

“Unnie send us where should we meet, I’m canceling my schedule right now.”

 

And they gathered all at Taeyeon’s apartment.

“What’s going on?”

“Is there something serious?”

“Are you still upset about Jiyong oppa?”

“Guys…”

“Wait let me connect Tiffany over…” Sooyoung opened her facetime call with Tiffany over Taeyeon’s iPad in front of them.

“Hey girls~” she greeted them.

“Whatsup Tiff!”

“Hey girl~ how is your concert tour going?”

“Guys, let’s hear Taeyeon out first, we will catch up with you Tiff later…”

“So, what’s going on?”

“Guys, Jiyong…”

“What happened now again…?”

“Unnie…”

“...he wants to meet with you all.”

They were confused.

“Why does he want to meet us?”

“Since we’re going to get engaged.”

“W-WHAT?!!” they all exclaimed together.

“When did all this happen?”

“Am I hearing you guys well, or are you watching a drama over there?” Tiffany exclaimed dramatically.

“Unnie, are you talking for real?”

She nodded, “I proposed to him last night in front of his family members.”

“Holly Fxxk!”

“Kim Taeyeon!”

“You’re not talking for real, aren’t you?”

“KIM TAEYEON!” Tiffany shouted, “D.E.T.A.I.L.S!!”

“RIGHT NOW!” Sooyoung demanded.

 

And I told them what happened last night.

“God!”

They were tearing up.

“Hey, what’s wrong?”

“Unnie…”

“I love you!” Yuri hugged her.

“I’m so happy for you Taengoo-ya!”

“Aigoo, who thought that Taeyeon is the first one from us to tie the knot?”

“I didn’t know that myself either!”

“What can you do when the one comes to your doorsteps?”

“So, when did you decide the engagement party will be at?”

“I didn’t think about it yet, that’s why I called you guys.”

“What is there to be concerned about?”

“First, I told Jiyong to leave it to his mother.”

“Why though?”

“I want to make it up to her, since I think she is still upset with me regarding when I broke Jiyong’s engagement with that chaebol girl, and also about hurting her son from time to time.”

“God!”

“Why is it that dramatic?”

“That what happens when you get married to a chaebol man.”

“But it’s not like she chose that to herself, he just turned out to be one rich man…”

They sighed.

“It’s not only this,” Taeyeon said, “But how can we break this to our agency…”

“Oh right!”

“What are you going to do unnie?”

“It won’t be easy!”

“Okay, I have the solution with me.” Sunny said.

“What is it?”

“Let me tell you…”

 

After planning and getting some tips from Sunny, we agreed that Jiyong will meet the girls on the day of the engagement party.

Why? Because they don’t want to be formal with him, as for them, they already met him years ago.

Those are soshi, and you can’t say anything else to them.

So Taeyeon took their plan, and went to Jiyong’s mother, without telling Jiyong.

 

“Good afternoon mother,” Taeyeon greeted.

“What brought you here today?” she asked coldly. “Jiyong isn’t with you either.”

“I came to talk with you alone today.”

“What do you have?”

“Regarding our engagement party mother, the president told us to do it on our own,”

“So, why are you telling me that again?”

“Mother, I prefer that you plan it all for us.”

“What?”

“I really want that you plan our engagement party according to your high and luxurious taste.”

“So, you’re telling me to suffer and run here and there to plan for your engagement party, while you sit there waiting for it.”

“It’s not like that, I just heard from Jiyong once, that you enjoy doing these stuff, and he described it to be that the events that you arrange for are the talk of the town always.” She explained.

“He did?” a slight curve played with her lips that did something near to be a smile.

“Yes, that’s why I asked from you if you could give us the honor and plan ours as well, and in the meantime, I know it may be shameless from me to say this, but I want to get closer to you mother, that’s why I came all the way here to ask you, and to try to open yourself to me a little bit.”

She chuckled in disbelief, “You’re really something.”

“I’m sorry for what happened from me the last months, and I really hope that we can become more closer by time mother.” She bowed respectfully.

Jiyong’s mother just smiled.

“I will see about this with Jiyong.” Was all what she said.

“Thank you, mother.”

“Miss Kim,” she called.

“Y-Yes?”

“Why are you trying this hard?”

Taeyeon smiled confidently, “I just really love Jiyong, and I want to be close to his beloved ones as well.” She replied, “That’s how I would be happy, and he would be as well.”

“I will discuss it with Jiyong, and he will tell you what will happen.”

“Alright, thank you mother for hosting me today.”

“Don’t worry about it,” she told her, “and, it’s nice to meet you Miss Kim.”

“My pleasure to meet you too, mother.”

And then she left first.

 

It was time to fulfill Sunny’s plan then.

 

“Good morning lazy head~” Taeyeon woke Jiyong up with a peck on his cheek.

He smiled ear to ear.

Jiyong swiped her into his arms, so she became above him, “What did I do to have such an angel in my life?”

She kissed him again and smirked, “Oh you haven’t seen anything yet Mr. Kwon.”

“Kim Taeyeon-ssi, are you daring me right now?”

She shrugged her shoulders.

“Get up, let’s go.”

“Where? It’s weekend.”

“We have to practice.”

“Practice?”

“We have the shooting at Sunday.”

“Ah, Cha PD survival program?” he groaned, “I forgot, I need to play for them then.”

“Yes, that’s why let’s go.”

“Where?”

“I will show you.” she pulled him up, “Come on!”

 

They went to SM’s practicing studio.

“Why did you bring us here?”

“We need to practice.”
