“Are you sure you’re going to camp out here with me?”

Jihye is lying down on her stomach; half of her body is covered by her blue sleeping bag. The girl nods her head while reading her thick book. Baekhyun walks to her and sits in front of her. “I still don’t understand why your parents let you out like this.” Jihye only snickers. “I told them that I’m going to camp out with Sehun. I always do that with Sehun so they let me. And I’m sure they don’t really care.”

Baekhyun eyes her, trying to find any emotion but he finds none. She’s really amazing at hiding her emotions. Her and Sehun's blank faces are really top notch. “And I would rather stay here than have to stay alone in my house.” She finally looks Baekhyun in the eye. And Baekhyun remembers to ask her about her gray eyes. He leans forward so their faces are only ten centimeters apart.

“By the way, is that the real color of your eyes?” he asks. Jihye nods. “Beautiful isn’t it?” she says then winks at him. Baekhyun can feel his face redden right away and Jihye clucked her tongue. “Why are you blushing so easily in front of me? I don’t think you are the shy type like Jongin oppa.” She says while poking his soft red cheeks. Baekhyun glares at her and stands up, leaving her alone in the corner of the practice room. “Your glare is not scary Baekhyun-ssi.” Jihye says with a giggle.

Baekhyun ignores her and starts practicing again. Baekhyun is so easy to tease and it has become her new hobby right now. Sehun said that maybe the older boy has a crush on her. But Jihye only laughed it off and said that it’s impossible. Even though she feels a bit happy whenever she thinks that Baekhyun has a crush on her.

They often spend their time together these past two months. Sometimes Jihye accompanies Baekhyun to practice in SM and sometimes they meet in a café just to chat. And Jihye really enjoys the time they spend together. A smile makes a way to her lips. She loves watching him singing and dancing like this. And she wonders how long she can have this kind of relationship with him. Because she knows for sure, when he debuts, everything is going to change. “Oppa, I’m going to sleep now. Good night.” She calls out to him then wraps herself in her sleeping bag. Baekhyun takes a glimpse at her without stopping dancing.

“Good night Ji.”

Baekhyun drops himself beside Jihye on the floor facing her. The girl is sleeping soundly in her sleeping bag. A small smile forms on his lips. She looks so serene in her sleep.

Sometimes, he always wonders how this girl manages to be so wise but also childish at the same time. There are so many things he wants to know more about her. He pokes her cheeks softly. He has to bite his lip to contain the smile that threatens to break into his face.

“I have a feeling that you’re going to be the death of me.” Baekhyun whispers. The sun is starting to rise and his eyes start to get really heavy. With a smile on his lips, Baekhyun closes his brown eyes. It’s a new day, and he hopes he can spend it with her again.
