The week after that you had an important exam coming up.

I’ll be there soon!” You promised. “Fine. But if you don’t come in 15 minutes, I’m sending Himchan after you.” Yongguk hung up. *Better rush then.* You put on your backpack and left the library.

The school was haunting at night. Now you knew why schools were the perfect settings for horror movies. You shivered and walked faster. Suddenly you heard footsteps behind you. You froze. You glanced sideways and saw a shadow pass by. Creeped out more than ever, you fastened your pace. The footsteps became louder.

*Forget this!* You started running. The footsteps ran after you.

*OHMYGOD! THERE’S A STALKER/KILLER/GHOST AFTER ME!* With shaking hands you took out your phone. Someone grabbed your arm, “Yeojin-“ “AH! LET GO- WAAAA!” You flailed your arms desperately but you lost balance and rolled down the stairs.

“Ow.” You whimpered as you tried to sit up. “You all right?!” Zico grabbed your hands and pulled you to a stand.

“I left my phone at school. I came out of my classroom to see you leaving the library. Have you been here all this time?” He asked. You sniffled and nodded. “You scared me. I thought you were a ghost.”

“Ghost?” Zico gave you a puzzled look. You turned a bright shade of red, “What? It could happen!”

“Someone watches way too many movies.” He chuckled and shook his head. You pouted. “Will you be able to walk?” Zico asked. “I think so.” You took a step forward but your legs felt sore.

“Here. Get on my back.” He stooped down in front of you. Your eyes widened, “No, I couldn’t impose-“ Zico yanked you onto his back anyways. You turned another shade of red as he lifted you up. “I’m the one that made you this way.” Zico carried you down the staircase.

You felt safe on his back. *No ghosts or killers will attack me now!*

Zico sat you down on his motorcycle so that your legs dangled to the side. “I can walk home.” You insisted.

“Don’t be stupid. I’m here. I can take you.” Zico put his helmet over your head. You bit your lip. Half of you wanted to jump off but half of you knew you had to be home soon or Yongguk will send out his blonde minions after you.

Zico swung one leg over the seat and turned the engine on. “Ready?”
