She also said that she would be very relieved and pleased if you stop trying to send her contracts when you already know what her stand is. She said she wanted to live a peaceful life away from toxic people.

Miss Kim also said she would willingly cooperate in transferring all assets under your sole name.

Thus, I ask you if you would want to make all the properties you share with Ms. Kim your sole properties? If so, a contract per property is attached here.
