two. totoro is a closed, non-au twitter roleplay meaning no interactions with outsiders as well as unverified members. posts from fan accounts are allowed but keep it to a minimum so as to not clog the tl!

three. in order for us to be a warm and inclusive agency, absolutely no face-chasing, formation of cliques, and otp-chasing allowed! group chats are banned except for those made solely for games and events. welcome the newcomers! a simple hello can already make someone’s day.

four. totorohq is pg-16. please keep any ual content in the dms and far from the children. also do consider your faceclaim’s age, as this is important. refrain from bringing up triggering words and sensitive topics onto the tl. make totoro a safe space for all of us.

five. cc/tcc are unlimited with the interval of two days for each tcc. one day for tcc to cc. tcc lasts for 48 hours.

six. brackets should be included for ooc talk, please keep this to a minimum too.

seven. totoro loves love that takes time. five days dating ban and both parties must reach 500 tweets first. move-in couples are exempted from this.

eight. have fun and be active. inactivity for 48 hours will have you kicked out of the neighborhood. pw: what's your favorite childhood memory? should you need a semi-hiatus or hiatus (7 days and 14 days respectively), just approach the base in dms.

nine. strictly no ic/ooc drama. if such issues arise, don’t hesitate to dm the base so we can sort things out accordingly.

ten. if you wish to leave, announce your relationship, or ask for tcc/cc please feel free to dm the base, as well.
