Seulgi's POV

When Ms. Yeri and Wendy left, I've never lose sight of Ms. Bae. She was just sitting on a corner drinking. Why does she looked so sad again? It's like when I saw her the other day in the bar. Does her bad memories triggered again? I wonder what happened to her in the past. I know that I'm the last person she wanted to talk to but there's something inside of me that pushed me to walk, talk and sit next to her. 

"Ms. Bae are you okay?" 

She wiped her tears. "Do I look like I'm okay?"

"You know you can tell me what's bothering you. I know that you hate me but I'm a good listener, you can share it with me."

"Agent Kang, do you know what happened to your dad?"

I was so surprised by her sudden question. "He died protecting the President." I replied.

"What if I tell you that it wasn't the real story?" I can see sadness and fear in her eyes. 

 "Then tell me what's the real story." I softly said.

She drank the remaining alcohol in her bottle and then she looked at me. "It was my fault that he died."

"I was playing in the park that day. My dad wants to go home already but I refused to go. I wanted to play more. You're dad, he's so nice that I wanted him to be my body guard. She was talking things about you and I bugged him for me to meet you but then he was shot to death wrapped his arm around me and my dad." She was crying uncontrollably. "I'm sorry , if only I listened to my dad. Ahjussi might have been alive until now. I'm sorry that you lo--------"

She wasn't able to continue talking cause I hugged her tightly. I can't help but cry for her. Now, I know what's bothering her and makes her so sad. She was blaming herself for my dad's death. All through her life, she carried the weight of what happened. But it wasn't her fault. 

"Shhhh.. It's okay Ms. Bae. Stop blaming yourself. It wasn't your fault. It's understandable that you wanted to play more, you're a kid at that time for heaven sake."

she continued crying.

"My father wouldn't blame you if he's alive. You know what you can do to make it up on him if you felt bad about his death." I cupped her face facing me.Seeing her like this, breaks my heart into million pieces. Is this the reason why she treated her BG badly? So they would resign so she can eliminate the risk of someone dying because of protecting her. Gosh, I was so wrong in judging her. 

"To not throw your life and to be able live your life to the fullest and be happy." She closed her eyes and I wiped her tears. I can't help but stare at those beautiful lips of her. She was so beautiful even when crying. I can't fight my urge not to kiss her anymore so I just give up. , my heart was beating so fast. I just kissed her again oh my gosh
