Heemi’s POV

It’s Friday, and I am back again in Cap Gege and Gun Gege’s university. I am 100% positive that Umma and Appa just want to be alone that’s why I’ve been spending too much time here in university rather than hang out with them. I am sad of course, I haven’t seen Appa in a while but on Sunday he will go back to China again. “Nong, have you tried reading this update na kah?” I am still glad anyway because I have a new Unni here.

I look at Rina Unni’s phone to check the update and read it quiet loudly, “Season3 confirmed already and—OMO! OMO!” then I look at her and we both have this identical smile on our faces. “I know you are excited too Nong. I’ve been waiting for season three na kah of that series,” we hi-five each other while still looking shocked. I exclaim one more time, “DAEBAK!” which makes the Geges and P’s to look at us for a bit. Again—Rina Unni and Unni and I are watching them rehearse and actually Gun Gege’s voice is like from a Kpop idol.

Unni and I both took a quick glance at each other before showing our thumbs up to the band, “Daebak P’~” we said in union and they all shake their heads on us because maybe they thought we were so amazed by their performance but actually we were so amazed by the good news.

How did I become this close to Rina Unni? And why did we understand each other very well? Well—it’s all because of Gun Gege.

Remember when I first visited the university? Yes—I’ve met Unni there.

Flashback

“Woie—I will really call P’Heechul na khrab soon Nong! Ai’Title is already taken na khrab. His boyfriend is just in the other college na Nong.” I pout because Gege keeps on reminding me that Title Gege has boyfriend already. It’s not my fault because Gege is so sweet to me, “Gege—don’t tell me that—tell it to Title Gege!”I reasoned out though I also know that I am playing too much with Gege today.

What can I do? He has pizza with him and he told me he bought it for me. “Nong—Ai’Title doesn’t have a sister na khrab so he is always affectionate to girls na khrab. Even Ai’Cooheart is so irritated with his attitude like that because he thinks that Ai’Title is flirting with many girls. They’ve fought for that before.” I pout deeper again because I am not really—okay—but I easily like boys. Umma told me it’s maybe because I am still young and when someone tries to approach me—I easily give in.

Gege and I continue walking in this busy college. We are not in College of Music anymore. I found out from P’Plan that Gun Gege in Math so he needs to ask revision exam to his professor here in College of Mathematics. I—being a very kind hearted Nong told him that I will accompany him so here we are with many people walking around because it’s not class time yet.

‘Aigoo—being a university student na kah is really troublesome. I should tell Appa that I don’t want to go to university anymore na kah.’

“Nong—wait for me na here okay? I will be right back!” Gege suddenly pats my head like I am a kid—well I am still young but he is making me feel like I am 10 years old or something—before he enters which looks like a faculty room. I don’t have any choice but to wait for him here.

“What should I do?” I asked myself while scrolling my phones gallery looking at my pictures and my friends pictures and of course print screen pictures. I was busy looking at my phone while giggling like a crazy person when someone suddenly pats my shoulder lightly. Instantly, I look behind, “Neh?” I asked and this girl behind me with frown on her forehead suddenly speaks so fast in Thai and I can feel my head spinning, “Wait—wait—wait—I don’t understand straight Thai na kah~” I complained and I almost got teary because she is scaring me.

She looks at me from head to toe, “P’Gun likes foreigners now?” I don’t know if she’s asking me but I shake my head violently, “Me? And Gun Gege? Aniyo~” never in my life have I imagined being paired up with one of Hyuk Oppa’s brothers. But this scary girl still has that frown on her forehead, “Then—who are you na kah? Why are you so sweet to P’Gun?” I stepped back a bit. I don’t normally get scared because Umma raised me like that but I am in another country and I don’t speak their language fluently. What if this girl has friends here and they will team up on me?

‘Is Gun Gege that popular na kah that this girls looks like she’s ready to kill me?’

But then—I remember that I have Hyuk Oppa and then Gun Gege and his band! I am still in advantage here. I have the whole College of Music and College of Engineer behind me.

I need to be brave at least, so after stepping back a bit, I put my battle face and also look at her the way she looks at me, “Look—Unni na kah—I am not Gun Gege’s girlfriend or something. I am Gun Gege’s visitor from Korea. Get it? Why are you even mad at me na kah? We don’t know each other—and if you like Gun Gege so much—” “Excuse me na kah? Me—likes P’Gun? Chai—I like him—but not for me—but for P’Mark na kah! No one can sink my ship!” suddenly, like a light bulb—my head works so fast.

I grab this Unni’s hands and smile, “Omona Unni—who do you ship na kah for Gun Gege? Is he gay na kah? I thought Gege is straight?” I have so many questions but all I want to know is if Gege is gay or not. This Unni suddenly stopped frowning at me but she still looks weirdly at me, “I am not sure na kah if P’Gun is gay or not—but I am 100% sure that P’Mark is gay for him. He even confessed to him in front of the whole school na kah during soccer game—and that time I know that P’Gun should be with P’Mark!” I like her. I jump while still holding this Unni’s hands and she doesn’t have any choice but to jump with me too, “I didn’t know—arghhhh Kim Heemi—you failed as a fujoshi na kah! I thought it’s only Cap Gege—and how come I didn’t hear about this na kah from my Gege’s?”

“You are so weird na kah—” she pulled out her hands from me and we both stop jumping. I didn’t’ take it in the offensive side when she called me weird—I heard that a lot, “Unni—listen to me na kah! I want to know about this P’Mark and about Gun Gege! I want to know more na Unni! Please please please!” I plead her and Heemi doesn’t usually plead anyone not unless it’s related to—“Ahm—so—you like too?”  she sounded so hesitant but I am not. So I nod my head so eagerly, “Chai—chai—neh—Unni!” I don’t know what language to use anymore. Actually—one of the reason why I really wanted to go to Thailand is to meet people like this unni. This country is such a paradise for a fujoshi girl like me.

This unni that keeps on glaring and frowning at me suddenly form a smile on her lips, “Really?” and she sounds genuinely happen when 5 seconds ago she sounded like she wanted to kill me. I nod again, she exhales loudly, “You scared me there—I thought—” “Nong~” but the door suddenly opens up behind me and we both look at the guy we’ve been talking about.

I want to tease Gege so suddenly but I need to know more about this P’Mark. “Gege—do you know this Unni?” I asked him because what if this Unni knows him but Gege doesn’t? Surprisingly, Gege nods, “Chai—I used to—” he coughs a bit, “Make a move on her—or something na kharb~” now this is more interesting. I smile, “I like her Gege—can she be my friend?” of course, I still want to know his comment about my new found friend here in their university. Gege smiles at me—for someone who used to make a move on someone—Gege looks so unaffected, “Yeah—sure na khrab. You can be friend with Nong Rina—she’s good at Math—she can also help you na khrab in the future~” I don’t know Gege’s idea about my friendship with Unni but he said okay—so okay.

Unni pulled out her phone on her pocket, “Do you have Line na kah, Nong?” she asked me and I quickly shakes my head, “Only kakao talk, Unni~” because kakao is really famous in Korea. Unni clicked an application on her phone, “I will still give you my ID na kah. I hope you can download Line soon na Nong~” she said and I smile brightly and copy her ID on Line.

Back to Reality

So in the end, I have a new friend which is Rina Unni and we’ve been spending a lot of time together especially now that I keep on hanging out at Gege’s university to watch their practice. Unni also told me a lot of P’Mark and honestly, I’ve met P’ and all I can say—he has that intense stares at Gun Gege and I can sense a very evil aura from him like my Umma.

Rina and Unni and I called the dominant in the relationship ‘Daddies’ because they are so whipped—like my Appa to my Umma. Willing to give everything. For example, whenever P’Plan complained to P’Mean, P’Mean will be the one who says sorry of even go far by giving what P’Plan wants. Actually yesterday, P’Plan was whining about his broken phone and he wasn’t able to play games anymore then before the practice began yesterday, P’Mean arrived with brand new Iphone X for P’Plan.

Rina Unni and I keeps on giggling by the live action that we are witnessing these days—but Unni always has curfew. Her brother is so strict to her, “But the practice ends late today na kah~” I told Unni because she told me she will go back home at 7pm but Gege said the practice might end around 10pm. Unni looks sad too, “What can I do na kah Nong? My brother wants me home early~” she’s also sad but I am staring to hate her brother.

“Do you want me to talk to your brother na kah? P’Mean or Title Gege can bring you back home—they have cars—ohh and Gun Gege also brings their car today~” I told her with options but Rina Unni still looks sad, “You know—my P’ sometimes is so weird. These days—he has been going home so late na kah that’s why he wants me to be home early. He said he will meet someone na Nong so I was like the scapegoat so that Mae kah and Pa kah will not look for him~” this is the reason why I don’t want to have another brother or sister—I don’t want to be treated unfairly. My Appa treated me like a princess and my Umma—may be a bit hardcore to me but he cares for me—that’s one thing I am so sure about.

We were talking when suddenly Unni’s phone rings, “Oppss—speaking of the devil,” she said before swiping her phone to answer the call, “P’ kah~” she whined and I am amazed how much she did that every time her brother calls, “What? P’ it’s early! Why are you downstairs?” I got shocked when Unni said those words in English. She gestures to me to get her things, “Wait~” I said and crawl to the corner to gather her things because Unni is such a messy person just like me. I put everything in her bag without fixing it, “Okay kah~” I heard before giving Unni her bag. I also look at the wall clock indicating that it’s quarter to 7 already so probably her brother wants her to go home already.

“Nong—my P’ is downstairs which I am not sure na kah—but I need to go already~” I sigh deeply when I heard that. I still want to talk to her about the P’s here but, “You will be in the performance tomorrow—right?” I asked her. We are both standing up now and she is preparing to leave already, “Of course Nong, I will kill my P’ is he will not bring me there~” we both laugh with her answer but I still feel sad that she needs to go home, “See you tomorrow na kah—and please tell your P’—he is such a party popper!” and I mean it.

Unni chuckled again before saying, “I will—or you can also tell it to him tomorrow~” oh, her brother will come. I smirks, “What’s his name na kah?” I asked so that I can threaten him well. Unni walks toward the door and the P’s are all busy in the practice room so she didn’t say goodbye anymore. I follows her to the door, “My P’?” she asked me and I quickly nod.

“P’Best—na kah~”
