White’s POV

My palms are very sweaty now and I can feel cold sweat running down on my forehead.

I’ve never been this nervous—not even when I confessed to Captain for the first time.

“If you will just stay quiet na khrab, then I’ll just go home!” his firm voice echoes inside the house and on the corner I saw both P’Mark and Ai’Gun who are sitting on the sofa to glance at us.

I gulp—loudly, “I am—not—I just—don’t know what to say,” I admitted.

For the past few days that I’ve been here at P’Mark’s apartment, I’ve been trying to come up to what I want to say to Captain once we’ve seen each other…and now—I am sitting in front of him, facing him—the words aren’t coming out and my head feels empty.

The ferocious, fierce Captain that I’ve met before is back. His eyes are so sharp. His face is stone cold, and his lips are forming a fine thin line.

He makes a clicking sound before putting his hands on the table, “Look—if you don’t know what to say—then think of it again and I’ll just come back when you are ready,” he is mad—he is very mad.

I shook my head, “I’ve tried but—” “Then try harder!” he suddenly hit the table making us all jump a bit on our sits.

“Cap—please—let me explain na khrab~” I tried begging for his mercy. As much as he loves me, Captain is a stubborn guy.

He frowns, “Listen? I’ve been waiting na khrab for you to contact me and tell me what was happening because you do know that I will listen to you and will try to understand you na khrab but what? My P’ got into trouble yesterday because of us—do you understand it White? P’Gun got into our mess and you—I don’t know where on earth you were that time!

P’Mark told me that P’Mean and him helped you escaped but—damn White! You can contact P’Mean secretly but not me? Not your boyfriend? How dare you!”

My shoulders hang low instantly while listening to his ranting. I know he is right—how on earth can I make an excuse for that?

I instantly messaged Ai’Mean to asked help but didn’t think of messaging Captain.

“I am—sorry—na khrab,” I said slowly.

I admit, I am wrong this time, “P’Mark explained to me about—Ai’Gun and—I feel bad—of course I feel bad na khrab because—” I look straight into his unreadable eyes, “I know how important Ai’Gun to you—and also feel ashamed to P’Mark because I know how much he wanted to protect both Ai’Gun and you—but Cap—I tried to make my parents think that they can trust in me na khrab and in my decisions and be a good son to them—” but I guess being a good son isn’t enough for my parents.

I bit my inner cheeks when I cannot find the next words to say anymore, “White—” his tone changes, “you know that I will trust you na khrab—right?”

I nod my head slowly.

“But I want to hear it straight from your mouth na White. No matter how much faith I have in you na khrab—if you will not show up—update me—or say something—I will slowly drift from you—and you are lucky na khrab that everyone is with me—trying to help me na khrab when in fact—you should be the one beside me,” every words are hitting me hard because I know that he is right.

I nod again while sighing, “I am the worst—right? I gave all the responsibility na khrab to P’Mark—and probably we will still depend on him because—I am voiceless and powerless to my parents,” I reaches out to Captain’s hands on the table and enclosed it with my hands, “We need to stay strong na Cap—I will not go anywhere again—not without you~” I said softly hoping that I can gain back his faith in me.

His response is a long deep sigh, “Just make sure you are not lying again na khrab because you will not have a boyfriend again once you come back like this—ever!” I gulp loudly because I know Captain isn’t bluffing. Regardless if he loves me or not—he will not really forgive me again next time.

Eating dinner together at P’Mark’s apartment feels home—just like when I was still eating breakfast or sometimes dinner at Captain’s house.

It started peacefully—not until Cap and Ai’Gun started yelling at each other. P’Mark and I? We are eating slowly and trying to calm our respective boyfriends but we aren’t getting in the conversation. I am wise enough to know that Ai’Gun and Cap has their own way of talking—and so does P’Mark.

“I am telling the truth na khrab! P’Hyuk told me to look after you and then I tried to help you a lot and now you are complaining about last night na Ai’Cap? You are being a bad brother~” Ai’Gun said and pointing his chopsticks to Cap who is sitting beside me and opposite to him.

My boyfriend snorted, “Oh please P’Gun! You were trying to act cute so much last night that I am so close of puking! Telling me to turn around na khrab! I’ll tell P’Hyuk that you initiated the cuddling time with P’Mark last night!” he is also pointing his chopsticks to Ai’Gun.

Ai’Gun snarled back, “What a bad Nong! Then I’ll tell P’Hyuk that you let Ai’White inside our room na khrab even before you started dating! Even Nong Heemi told me about your first kiss na khrab! If P’Hyuk hears about this he will get mad and probably bring you back to Korea!” the first kiss got spilled.

“That Nong! I’ll call her later and tell her that she doesn’t know how to keep her promise! But P’ you cannot blame me that time—beside you were with P’Mark that time too!”

I look at P’Mark this time and he just shook his head a bit.

I sigh deeply and just follow P’Mark.

“Even if I was with P’Mark that time—we didn’t kiss!” – Ai’Gun

“Didn’t kiss? Knowing P’Mark—there’s no way you haven’t kissed yet!” – Captain

A loud bang on the table making the plates shake a bit, “WE DIDN’T KISS! WE DIDN’T KISS! Why are you insisting that we kiss na Ai’Cap? Even Ai’Plan and Ai’Mean are asking me the same thing but we didn’t kiss!!” Ai’Gun exploded but I can’t help but chuckled. Did he just reveal that he—and P’Mark—haven’t kissed? Like for real?

We all become quiet. Even Cap didn’t say anything. P’Mark put down his chopsticks on his plate, “Okay—enough talking about—” “Mark—why haven’t we kissed yet?” suddenly Ai’Gun interrupted.

Now, I feel Cap’s hand on my leg and saw his getting near me before whispering, “If I understand it correctly—my P’Gun—is still na khrab,” and I whisper back, “I didn’t know that P’Mark has that much self-control~”

We both look in front of us where Ai’Gun and P’Mark are both standing now, “Gun—Love, I have graduation tomorrow na khrab. Can we talk about this next time?” P’Mark’s soft voice is back.

I want to laugh but Cap hit my leg softly, “Oh yes! Graduation na khrab! I’ll be there na Mark—I’ll cheer for you~” and I think I broke 2 of my ribs already for stopping myself from laughing hard because no matter what happened—Ai’Gun—will always be Captain’s innocent brother.

Cooheart’s POV

Tle and I look at each other after putting Ai’Fluke down to his bed. This has been the 5^th night he came back home drunk.

“This has to stop na Tle,” I told my boyfriend.

Saving P’Ohm from Ai’Fluke was the idea at first but it looks like—we also need to save Ai’Fluke from himself.

Tle nods his head, “Yeah—I better talk to Ai’Ohm,” I know that Tle doesn’t want to get involve with this because we helped them enough but—when P’Tae arrived yesterday and saw Ai’Fluke’s current condition—I cannot get out the mental image of P’ looking so devastated.

Ai’Fluke moved back to his dorm after moving in with me for few month—he is now back here again because he doesn’t want to bother me—but bothering me or not—there’s no way I will not worry about him.

“He hasn’t been attending our classes na khrab and he spent most of his time in the café na Tle. P’Nonkul told me that he was spacing out during his shifts and when he asked him if he is okay na khrab—Ai’Fluke started crying—” my heart beats heavily for my friend, “Title—he did wrong—I know what he did to P’Ohm is wrong na khrab—but—Ai’Fluke is destroying himself—I cannot just stand here and look at it—he—he loves P’Ohm so much~” I can feel tears on the corner of my eyes.

I sniff as well and Tle cupped my face using his hands, “I know—I can see it too Coo—and I will try—Ai’Ohm is stubborn too and very mysterious na khrab. Ai’Fluke broke his walls—and also broke his heart—to be honest, I cannot blame Ai’Ohm for—breaking up with Ai’Fluke~”

My heart is also breaking. Ai’Fluke is very idealistic when it comes to love but he did break P’Ohm’s heart first but he didn’t mean it—and now—both of them are suffering.

“Just try Title—just try~” and I said it while tears are falling off my face and while taking a glance at my poor friend.
