Baekhyun take a look from the window of his house he can saw a black car standing there since the morning, black windows brand new it really suspicious! He put  back the curtain slowly to it normal place, and move to the living room where he had a TV open and Chanyeol news were all over it

=the chaebol Park Chanyeol has been taking to the court this morning for the accuses of rapping the model lee ji myun who been found in a very critical condition at the hotel room where all the workers testified that they clearly saw her going yesterday around midnight with him to the hotel, finding his phone and his fingers print all over the place the judges now will call his sentence at 5pm today=

Baekhyun huffs and close the TV he goes and sits on the sofa next to his laptop, he heard his phone ringing he look at the incoming video call reading the name Kyungsoo he slide the green button, and Kyungsoo show up in the screen

“Hey Baekhyun good morning” Kyungsoo said

“Hey” Baekhyun replied 

“You saw the news today? It all about Chanyeol” Kyungsoo said and Baekhyun nodded

“Do you believe that?” Sehun pumps up next to Kyungsoo 

“No” Baekhyun simply answered

“Really?” Kyungsoo asked ”why?”

Baekhyun smiled “Because he was with me the whole night”

Sitting in a table in an empty room with his lawyer Chanyeol mind was about to explode, how this happened? Those guys are so serious about destroying his life even if he didn’t do anything bad in the first place

“Chanyeol! Your phone was there and your finger prints were in the room in her and everywhere” the lawyer tried to explain

“I told you I left the company around 11 but I didn’t go to the hotel with I don’t know even what her name I go to a friend house and yes I was in hurry I left my phone in the office” Chanyeol was telling what happened maybe it could help “look at the security cameras and see who take it from my office”

The lawyer shake his head a no “the worker said that something very odd happened yesterday around 5 am and after that every footage disappeared of that day”

“Damn it!” Chanyeol said hitting the table in anger

“The workers in the hotel all said that they saw you going in with her”

“I SAID I WAS’T” chanyeol just screamed the words, he can’t believe how they make a whole crew of workers say the same lie! No one have humanity?

“Listen at least tell me your friend name to call him to testify! His the only alibi you have”

Chanyeol shake his head a no “no! If I bring him here he will be a target to them, I can’t! Also his word against a full hotel workers  words what do you expect?”

“Please I can’t win this if you don’t cooperate with me” the lawyer tried to convince but Chanyeol was a stone head he insisted on not tell the name of Baekhyun, last time he just stand in his side for few seconds in the university doors he get a threatened making his house upside down now what you think they will do to him if he came here? The guys make everyone lying 

“Mr Park please! His the only hope we got” The lawyer said but no Chanyeol didn’t want to he just doesn’t want him to get hurt because of him! He knows how he hate reporters he can’t let him came to the Lion den by his feet no way, the lawyer just huffs and sits next to him “you know you can get a 5 years jail at least right?”

Changing his clothes and fixing his hair Baekhyun was ready to go to the court. He take a peek again in the window and the black car was still there, probably they won’t let him arrived to the court to help Chanyeol and he get it, he is the only witness since they knew he spend the night here, he went to the garage and take the motorcycle, he put his helmet and click the button for the garage door to get opened, he start the engine and drive outside heading to the court the  look at his motorcycle side mirror to see if the car followed him, and yes it did.

Chanyeol was sitting in the criminals side beside his lawyer who was asking some workers one by one, for Chanyeol shoked they were all good liars saying the same thing like it did happened, the lawyer couldn’t find any clue for them lying, he called the secretary that she was the last one who saw him, he had high hopes

“were you the last one going into his office yesterday?” the lawyer asked 

“Maybe! I remember I told him that a I needed to go because it late and something about a worker that resigned and he went out running that was the last time I saw him” the secretary answered

“Your saying that he left without taking anything with him? Not even his phone?” The lawyer asked

“I really can’t tell such a detail am sorry” the secretary said and the lawyer nodded with thank you

The victim lawyer asked to question the secretary too and the judge just let him

“Mrs.yuun your saying that was your last time seeing him right?” He said with a confident like he will win it for sure 

“Yes sir” the secretary answered 

“Your honor” he look at the judge “that doesn’t mean that he never came back to the office after if I could make my point clear, I guess he came back take his phone and go meet the victim at the hotel restaurant then seduces her to go up with him to talk about futur work and did what even animals can’t do to her”

Chanyeol gets angrier looking at how that man looking at him with confident smirking, and making it too obvious when he turn and look at him

This time it was Suho turn but he have been called by the victim lawyer “Mr.Kim did Mr.Park called you yesterday to drive him home?”

Suho shrugs “no sir”

“and till when you were waiting him?”

Suho though about it “usually I sit in the security department till 12 if he called me, but yesterday he didn’t so I went back home around that time”

“Your honor as we have been told for a malfunction in the security cameras nothing can support that Mr. Park didn’t came back to the company but we have hotel witness we have the breaking heart and shocked victim that after today her life will be upside down because OF PEOPLE LIKE HIM” the victim lawyer pointed at Chanyeol 

Chanyeol want to go and hit him over and over and over how he can say something like that knowing that he is lying? What he should do? Should he call Baekhyun for testimony? No...he will made his life more miserable then it is! Even if he do what evidence he could have

Hearing the judge speaking his time Chanyeol heart skip a beat 

“As we can see! There no much more to hear the evidence and witnesses is all against Mr. Park Chanyeol we will announce the sentence after the discussion” he said hitting the table with the little hummer for the judges there to start talking between each other mumbling maybe how much years they should give him

Chanyeol turn to look at his mother who didn’t stop crying between the reporters sitting there! And Suho was sitting next to her trying to calm her down

The main judge hit his hammer again to get the intention he said “the accused Mr.Park Chanyeol by the of the victim lee ji myun you may stand” He said and Chanyeol stands

The judge stopped looking at the person who talk “anything to add Mr.Kim” he said and Chanyeol look surprised at Suho who just interfere like that standing from next his mother and moving to the judges asking permission to get near.

the judge just let him and Suho goes and give him something saying something with a low voice for no one to hear him

Suho goes backwards standing there he look at Chanyeol with a worried face and Chanyeol didn’t like it? why is he looking at him like that? 

The judge take a longer time looking at the thing Suho gave them like they were watching something 

“Mr. Kim” the judge said “where is the witness?”

Suho look at him explain “he asked me if he couldn’t make it here in time, I should show you that”

“And when did he gave you this” the judges ask

“Last night around 4 o’clock in an show you the message he sent it to me and asked me to download it in a usb cable” Suho replies

“Mr.Park Chanyeol!” The judge called

“you left with a person from the company?”

Chanyeol looked shocked he look at Suho with wide eyes how did he know? “Yes!” He answered 

“And why you didn’t mention any of that?” The judge asked, but Chanyeol couldn’t answer, but his lawyer did “your honor my client want to make his personal life secret because of the many threatened he had lately he was afraid that anyone close to him could get hurt”

The judge nodded looking at the victim lawyer “Mr.Kim give us a footage of the company last night before it got deleted showing that Mr.Park Chanyeol indeed left it with a car with the plate 56576 the camera recorded that the cleaner take the phone from Mr.Park office and left the company around 3am which is way after the crime”

The victim lawyer stands shocked “what? That doesn’t mean he didn’t met him and take his phone back” he tried to convince 

But the judge hit his hummer with “don’t interfere” and the lawyer didn’t say another word 

“In addition to the footage the man you left with him also sent to your driver a recorded video of his car black box from the inside and the outside showing that you two were together all the way to a house, also at the time of the crime you clearly showed up opening the door then going back inside, and for that i asked the police department to verify the car black box and the footage also to take all the witnesses in the victim side into custody for false testimony, and bring the man in the video to testify in a secret court with no reporters for the accused lawyer request of letting his personal life secret, Mr.Park Chanyeol your free to go for now” he said in anger knowing that they were playing with the court and hit the hummer then stands 

Chanyeol felt like a big burden just left from his shoulders but wait what happened just now? How Baekhyun get the footage? And why he isn’t here if he give himself a time to arrive reporters start to take pictures and ask questions his mother came to him hugging him tightly with “thank god!”

“Mother go back home okay?” Chanyeol said and his mother nodded

Chanyeol goes to Suho “what going on? What was that?”

Suho shrugs “I don’t know he said he will do whatever to arrive but his not answering his phone”

Chanyeol now was more worried if he wasn’t coming because of the reporters he wouldn’t ask to wait “the car?” Chanyeol asked

“Outside” Suho said and the two tried to make a way through the reporters who were asking if the man he spent the night with is he his lover asking so many personal questions they barely left the court and get in the car going to where Baekhyun house is

Going on his motorcycle in the highway with the maximum speed to arrive to the court, he maybe a little late but he was waiting till the car May leave but it didn’t

Baekhyun was really stepping in the gaz he can see that the car now is start to getting far and far because he could easily move between the cars with his motorcycle, probably he could easily lose it. But not heading so far away he heard a

Baekhyun eyes got wide open turning around to see the car start to get closer and someone with a gun in his hand pointing at his direction “” Baekhyun said but not even having the time to do anything the bullet was faster hitting his motorcycle wheel and make him lose balance right away and crush hardly on the ground with the speed he had rolling and rolling on the ground 

The vehicles in the highway start hitting the brakes making it a huge traffic accident, the rest behind were getting side ways for not making it worse, the black car stopped near the now all shuddered motorcycle the car got opened and a guy get down from it moving all the way to where Baekhyun was now thrown on the ground with blood everywhere from his body because of the hard impact, he felt pain in every inch of his body, even his helmet has been removed because of the times he rolled in the ground

“I see you still alive! But at least you won’t make it to the court”

He heard a voice talking to him with a hard and heavy breath he tried his best to look at the voice direction, he felt the guy moving to where he could see him the gun is still in his hand and lean down to him with a smile

Baekhyun couldn’t believe his eyes is he dreaming? Is the hit made him see things?

The guy said and Baekhyun hardly mumble
