Hello! I've always wanted to start a roleplay of my own and do have a general idea in mind for the premise. I'm not too experienced in admin work however, so I'm looking for around 1-2 people who would be interested in helping out facilitate the roleplay, assist members and promote the page with me! In addition, I would love to have someone that I can bounce off ideas with to fully flesh out the AU, so if you have some creative ideas in mind and/or passionate about plotting in general, those traits would be very appreciated. Being overall friendly and active are also very much preferred too!

If you're curious about the AU, feel free to pm me and I'll fill you in on more of the details! But the general gist is superpowers and particularly crime-fighting. I wanted to make a small but tightly-knit community of people who love plotting and writing, and maybe use this AU as an avenue to express their creativity.

GENERAL ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. You don't have to be active every hour of every day. We all have other stuff outside this but activity is still important so if ever you won't be able to be active - please coordinate and communicate with the rest of the admins. Just generally keeping each other informed!

2. Welcoming each member and attending to any concerns that may arise. Plus generally be open and friendly, let's make everyone feel comfortable to talk/plot with us!

3. Check the page for any applications and bump the roleplay everyday or so to promote. Let's coordinate for our available times or when we cannot fill in during said time as well.

4. Help plan and conduct any events and games for the members, or even initiate any random games or discussions you'd like!

5. Enforce the established rules and help resolve conflict between members if needed.

Since I'm still new to this, there's probably more details to sort out but this is the gist of it! I'm looking forward to meet you <3
