The month of January passed by quickly and you were glad for that since that was the month that your family pestered you to find someone to marry and completely ignored your wish to become a profiler. You thought it was ridiculous, especially when your mother refused to listen to your father who tried to make the situation better.

It had also been three weeks since Donghae last texted you and you couldn't help but seriously wonder if he was that great of a photographer or he was ignoring you. You hoped it was the former and since his responses seemed so genuine and sincere, you didn't really question them.

It was an interesting day, the last day of January 2019. Usually, you would be revising for exams, but not this year. Your sisters were moving back home and while your family was quite rich, unfortunately there was not enough space for their families. That meant everyone moved.

It was such a pain since you normally would have started revising at this time and they had only informed your parents about this two days prior to their move. So, guess who had the pressure of making sure that the kids were all safe d entertained while the parents prepared the new house? Seriously it was like you were their real parent or something.

Since it was already midnight and almost everyone except your brothers and father, were asleep, you were boredly laying in bed and staring at the ceiling. You wanted to message Donghae, but you knew he wouldn't respond, so you didn't bother at all.

You were drifting off to sleep, but stopped at the soft buzz near your pillow. You blindly reached for your phone and switched it on, wondering what the notification was, though you secretly wished it was a message from the great Lee Donghae.

Even though you were disappointed by the sender, you couldn't help but smile at his words. You knew you would have rather spent the weekend talking to Donghae, but it was getting boring sitting at home for the whole time you weren't in Seoul.

You groaned under your breath in your tired state and opened Donghae's chat, silently demanding him to text you, but nothing came. Figuring he wouldn't message you this late at night, you switched your phone off and got up to freshen up and ready to sleep.

The next day, there was a rush in the house as the people from the moving company stacked boxes of things and moved in and out through the doors. You were half asleep while watching them and only came back to reality when you saw your sister, Minhee, come in with her family.

"Imo!" Hyunjae and Hanjae squealed and ran over to you, throwing their arms around your legs. You grinned happily and hugged them both tightly, greeting them with a short laugh. "Hi, cuties," you smiled and ruffled their hair before telling them to play with their cousins outside.

"(Y/N)-ah, your phone has been vibrating non-stop for the past five minutes. Who is that?" Minhyuk walked into the hallway with his eyebrows raised but smiled when he saw Minhee and her husband, Bumjae.

"Hey," Minhyuk hugged Minhee after disposing your phone in your palm and you turned it on in confusion, wondering who could be messaging you this early in the morning. You turned your phone on and your face split into a grin at the sender.
