JIYONG'S POV

Apparently, the guests won't be just Taeyeon and I since it's going to be a Second Generation Idols Special on Running Man. I'm okay with it since I'd still be with my girlfriend and with some friends. But... let's just say that some of my past are also going to be here. I don't really want some complications since I haven't even told Taeyeon about my exes. I don't want her to find out now when we're gonna be playing with them in national television. I'm going to be in deep if that happens.

"Let's introduce our guests for today!" Yoo Jaesuk announced. "Ah, we're going to be surrounded by superstars today as we have with us the second generation idols who helped create the hallyu wave."

"Right! First, let's tell her to come out. From Wonder Girls, Ahn Sohee!"

I watched as Sohee waved in front of the camera. "Annyeong haseyo."

"Wow. Wonder Girls! It's been too long since we've last seen you!" Haha exclaimed.

"Yeah. We got too busy with our own careers now."

"Oh, right. You've been doing acting for years."

I watched as they talked to her a little more. We're still out of the camera since we haven't been called yet and our microphones are still off. And my dearest sweetheart, my lovely girlfriend, my darling babe, used this opportunity to grill me.

"Hey, Ji. You dated her, right?"

Ah, , I knew this would happen.

I glanced at my tiny woman beside me. "That was a long time ago."

She raised an eyebrow and shrugged. "I didn't ask when."

The only thing I could do was gape at her because she doesn't even seem affected by it. What the...

"Our second guest today is from the girl group KARA. Let's call her in now!" Yoo Jaesuk called out and when KARA's Goo Hara came in, Taeyeon nudged me with her elbow.

"Another ex of yours, Oppa."

How does she even know?

After Hara, they called in Son Gain from Brown Eyed Girls which I didn't date so I smiled smugly at the woman beside me. Hah. It's not like I dated one woman from every girl group.

My victory is short lived though as they called in After School's Lee Jooyeon and my girlfriend glanced at me with a knowing smirk.

"It's like they invited all your past lovers, huh, Oppa?"

"Yaaah." I put an arm around her waist. "It's not like they still matter to me."

Taeyeon only crinkled her nose at me.  Seriously, this woman.

After Jooyeon, they called in Suzy from Miss A and Dara. Oh, I didn't know Dara would be here.

"Yah, did you date Dara unnie?"

"What? Of course not!"

"I was just asking. Relax."

"Didn't you invite anyone from boy groups?" Jihyo noona asked the PD which made everyone laugh.

"For our next guest, we have Girls' Generation's Taeyeon!"

My girlfriend removed my arm from around her waist and walked towards the set, smiling. She bowed to the casts of Running man and the guests. "Annyeong haseyo."

"Waaah, Bboongsun-ah!" Haha suddenly ran towards my girlfriend and he was about to hug her but the other Running man members stopped him, pulling his shirt backwards.

I laughed at how funny it is and Taeyeon too chuckled as she stood beside Dara and Jaesuk. "Hello, Bboongbboongie."

"Yah! What were you gonna do, huh?!" Kim Jungkook scolded Haha.

"Didn't you know we wore couple rings when she was a guest here? We were always partners!"

"Doesn't mean you can just go and hug her like that!"

"Taeyeon, we apologize for Haha's actions." Lee Kwangsoo said, walking towards Taeyeon with his hands extended, but he was held back too by Gary.

"Yah, yah, yah. Kwangsoo-yah! You just wanted to hold her hand!"

"I was apologizing for Haha's impudence!"

"If G-Dragon is here and sees you taking some advances on Taeyeon, don't ask for my help." Kim Jungkook said, making me chuckle. I am here.

The men of Running man though suddenly acted really well-behaved as they asked Taeyeon to greet the Running Man viewers.

"Ah, hello, everyone." she said almost shyly, making me grin.

Too adorable, love. Too adorable.

"Taeyeon-ah, the few times you were here, you were dubbed as a human paper. Do you think you became stronger now to win this?"

"Well, I realized that I can't win through strength so I thought of new strategies." she smirked. "Everyone, look forward to me winning this game."

"Yaaah, that was a strong statement. Are you certain you're gonna win this time?"

"Yes, I am."

That's my girl.

"Alright, with Taeyeon sure of winning the race today, will our next guest have any chance? Come out, 2PM's Jang Wooyoung!"

Ah, I thought I was the one that's gonna get called.

"Wooyoung-ssi, is there anyone here that you'd want to be in a team with?"

"Yes, there is."

"Oh, who?"

"Taeyeon." He grinned. "Since she said she's gonna win the race."

Huh. But Taeyeon's gonna be teamed up with me.

"Well, let's see if our last guest will let you team up with her. Big Bang's G-Dragon!"

I smirked as I entered the set and bowed to everyone. I stood beside Taeyeon, even though I know that I need to be beside the casts and Wooyoung. I want to stand beside my girlfriend and they won't be able to stop me.

"Wah, G-Dragon, you went in between Taeyeon and Wooyoung after getting introduced. You don't want them to be teammates?"

I chuckled. "Well, if it's a partner race, I'm sorry everyone but this lady here is reserved to me."

Ah, I should've expected this. After I said that, Taeyeon pinched the skin on my waist and I couldn't help but flinch. That hurt! Though I really should've seen that coming since I know how much she hates it when she's being treated as a thing or a property.

Gary apparently saw it because he started laughing and pointing it out to the others. "Yah, Taeyeon just pinched G-Dragon, look at him grimace."

"Taeyeon-ah, why did you pinch your boyfriend?"

She grinned and playfully raised an eyebrow as she looked at me. "Did I pinch you, Oppa?"

Psh. Look at her giving me that dazzling smile.

"You didn't." I told her and faced the Running man casts. "She didn't pinch me."

Everyone started laughing so I just laughed along with them. Well, if the Queen says she didn't do it, then she didn't do it. Let's not question her anymore even though I can still feel the sting on my waist.

"Today's race will be a partner race." The PD announced after a while. "But you won't get to choose who your partner will be. You will draw a ball from a box and two people with the same number will be partners."

My eyes widened as I turned to look at Taeyeon. We kind of expected that it's going to be a partner race with us here but we thought we're gonna be made partners so we started making strategies together. Turns out that there's a high chance that we won't even be partners.

"We have equal numbers of men and women right now so we have two boxes to draw a ball from. Your partners won't be permanent though. We will have mini games before the final race. Each mini game will allow you to know the next game and an opportunity to change partner before the final race. Now, let's get you all partner up with."

Wooyoung and I moved to line up with the men while Jihyo noona went with the women. We started drawing out balls from the box and I am honestly hoping that I'd be partnered up with Taeyeon. It'd be more fun if we're playing together.

"Okay, show us your numbers starting from Jaesuk."

Everyone started showing their numbers and I breathe a sigh of relief everytime Taeyeon's number doesn't match with theirs. It kept on going until only Wooyoung and I are left in the men's side and Taeyeon and Sohee left on the women's side.

"All four of you, show us the number on your ball. In three, two, one..."

I immediately looked at Taeyeon's ball.

"Ah, shhh.. "

"Yah, G-Dragon, did you just almost curse?"

"No, no, sorry."

"Okay, so Taeyeon and Wooyoung got number 3 while GD and Sohee got number 8. We'll move on to our next location for the first mini game. Two couples in one car. The first two couple that will arrive will have a three seconds advantage on the game."

I went to Taeyeon. "Let's go together."

She smiled at me sheepishly, "Sorry, Oppa, but we're riding with Haha Oppa. He drives faster than you. "

What the. How could my girlfriend do this to me? I mean, I've been her personal driver since we've been together. How could she just discard me like that?

I was about to complain but Dara pulled my arm. "Stop bothering your girlfriend, Jiyong, and just ride with us."

Taeyeon laughed. "Thank you, Unnie. Please keep him in check for me."

"Sure thing."

The Running man PD blew his whistle and we all ran towards the car designated for us. I almost forgot that this is a partner race and I should  be going with Sohee. I literally just left her on the set and I felt guilty. We really need to be fast though if we wanted to win. I mean, I want to have Taeyeon as my partner so I should win the mini games.

We were in the car when we were given the location of the mini game. It's in a park in Gangnam. I know the place so I just volunteered to drive. I'd really prefer to have Dara sit in the shotgun seat but that'd be rude for Sohee who's my partner so I just let her sit beside me while Dara and her partner Jaesuk sit at the back.

"Sohee, how does it feel that G-Dragon wanted to change his partner so bad that he is driving too fast?" Jaesuk asked playfully.

"Right. You don't want to be my partner at all, do you, Oppa?"

Ah, . I don't want to look bad or insensitive.

"It's not that I don't want you to be my partner, Sohee-yah. It's just... Taeyeon and I made strategies together so it'd be really nice if we can actually do it."

"Yah, you planned strategies?" Dara asked.

"Yes. Taeyeon really wanted to win so we watched episodes of Running man and made plans."

Jaesuk looked amused and since Sohee even giggled on her seat, I think I won't look like a jerk anymore. I mean, Taeyeon is my girlfriend. They should've already expected that I'd want to be paired up with her.

We arrived second on the location though so it pissed me off a little. Taeyeon's team arrived first.

"This game is called the Wheelbarrow Race. The boys will walk on their hands while the girls hold their feet and push them like wheelbarrows. The fastest couple to arrive on the finish line will have an opportunity to know the next game and change partners. Since Taeyeon-Wooyoung and Haha-Gain pair arrived first, they will be starting three seconds earlier than the others."

The pairs were preparing all around us and the cameras are off when Taeyeon went towards me, handing me a pair of slippers.

"Use this on your hands, Oppa. There could be glass shards on the grass."

I grinned. Ah, the perks of having an amazing girlfriend.

"Thanks, hun." I kissed the top of her head since I couldn't possibly kiss her on the lips right now with all these people around us.

After a few minutes, every pair are ready for the game as the camera started rolling again. I took a glance over my girlfriend and saw her intently staring ahead. It made me smile. I love seeing her so focused on what she's doing.

The whistle was blown for the first time and Taeyeon, Wooyoung, Haha and Gain went ahead first. Exactly three seconds after, the whistle was blown again and I started semi crawling with my hands as Sohee holds my feet.

. Thankfully, Taeyeon brought me these pair of slippers for my hand because the grass is so muddy and I'm not really a fan of dirt. Seriously.

I looked at my competitors and saw Taeyeon literally pushing Wooyoung to his limits that he really had to go fast, or he'd land on his face. It made me chuckle because my girl is being such a slave driver and I almost felt thankful that she isn't my partner for this game.

Well, because of her constant pushing, she and Wooyoung won the game and they were given a piece of paper that contains what would be the next game. They were also given an opportunity to change partners.

Come on, hun. Make me your partner now.

"Do you want to change partners?" Yoo Jaesuk asked Taeyeon and Wooyoung.

"Yes, I do." Wooyoung raised his hand.

I covered my mouth because I literally couldn't help but laugh at how he looks almost scared of my girlfriend. It's as if she has beaten him to an almost death and he wanted an escape.

"G-Dragon-ssi, why are you laughing?"

"I saw Taeyeon pushing him almost to his face during the game. I kind of understand why he'd want to switch partners."

"Yah, be quiet!" Taeyeon glared at me from her spot with her face so red and it only made me laugh louder.

"It's true, baby, I thought Wooyoung would be walking through his nose any second."

"Really." She narrowed her eyes at me and that instantly made me stop laughing.

Uh oh. I think I have awakened the dragon.

"Yah, you two, seriously. Why don't you just get married already?" Seokjin said, pushing me towards Taeyeon.

"I'm not picking you as a partner for the next race. Go back to your spot, Oppa." And there goes my girlfriend pushing me back.

Ouch, that hurts, baby.

"Who do you want as a partner then, Taeyeon?"

"I choose Jongkook Oppa."

What? She's really not gonna pick me? What the heck.

"Hun, we made game plans together!" I complained.

"Not for the next game, Oppa. I want to win."

She stuck her tongue out at me. Aish, seriously.

The PD then announced that the next game would be tug of war between all groups. There are eight ropes tied in a bending foam stick that will be located in the middle of us. The first group that will be able to bend the stick to the floor towards them will win.

"If the couple touches the foam stick with any of their body parts, they get eliminated."

"I see now why Taeyeon picked Jongkook." Haha said. "Yah, Taeyeon, you're very clever."

Right. Because Jongkook hyung is very strong. I'm sure now that they will win this game as well. If they win this game, Taeyeon will get a hint about the final race because it's gonna be her second win if ever.

Wow. My girl is going too strong.

I instructed Sohee to just stand behind me because I'm going to be doing the pulling more than she will. When the whistle was blown though, I was almost pulled in the middle, and almost touched the foam with the force of the pull on the other side.

When I looked which couple are across us, my eyes widened because my girlfriend was there, pulling the rope with all her might.

"Yah, you tiny little swan, since when did you become so strong?!" I shouted at Taeyeon.

She didn't even acknowledge me as she just kept on pulling the rope with Jongkook hyung. After a while, all the other couples are eliminated and it's just Taeyeon-Jungkook and me and Sohee pulling on the rope. Sohee is surprisingly strong too so we get to go neck to neck with the other team.

I honestly wanted to win this because we only have one more game where we can change partners before we get to the final race.

So, I pulled the rope with all that I can.

God, Taeyeon, stop pulling so hard. I want you here with me.
