May 30, 2020.

Yoona sighs as she wrote down her birthday on her planner with a sad pout. It wasn't like she will not celebrate, it was because by tomorrow, she's no longer on her 20’s. She will finally be on her 30s and she pretty much know herself that she's no longer like her colleagues who are mostly young and on their 20s.

She's not the older, in fact there are five of them in the office that are on their 40s already. What makes her sad is because she will turn 30 yet she hasn't dated anyone. Not like she's searching for it but unlike her colleagues, they dated a lot.

She belongs to single ladies that most people bullies and think of her as someone that doesn't belongs to the society. A weird old lady, as most of them says. As if it's a crime if she doesn't date anyone or get marry.

What's wrong of her? She herself doesn't know. She has a lot of crushes actually back when she's in college but not even one of them she ever felt the ‘love’ they were talking about. Never she felt that thing up until now. It's like it's hard for her heart to fall for someone. She's maybe receiving suitors but she ignores them most of the time. None of them even shows sincerity so why waste time to those?

Who cares. It's just a number to my age. I should be thankful for reaching this far in my life. She wrote down besides her birthday.

“What's your plan tomorrow?” Her officemate Kim Hyoyeon suddenly ask her while she's quiet on her desk.

“What's up with tomorrow?” She pretended not to remember as she casually flips the paper so the older lady will not read what's written.

Hyoyeon chuckled sarcastically. “Hahahaha as if you don't know your birthday.”

“What date is tomorrow?” She asks as she dramatically turned to face her with her eyew widening as if she realized something.

Hyoyeon blinks and blinks trying to read her officemate’s reaction. “You. You don't really… Remember your own birthday?”

Yoona grabs her phone on the side of her desk and checks the Callender and palmed her forehead. “It’s May 30 indeed. Ugh, I’m too busy to even remember it. Thanks for reminding me, Hyoyeon-ssi.” she said as she giggles and patted the latter’s shoulders.

“So… You have plans tomorrow?” Hyoyeon wiggles her eyebrows.

“I’ll… “ Yoona pause. “Think of it.” and then flashes a choding smile that instantly annoys the older lady who dated four times this year already.

"Think of it? What happened to the Yoona who will immediately send invitation cards to everyone in Team Edited?! The Yoona who is always too excited to go out with her officimates to sing in a noreabang until midnight? Yah, what's wrong with you?" Hyoyeon chuckles in disbelief.

"Wae? Is it always require to plan ahead? And is it always require to celebrate? Not, right?" Yoona countered, doesn't like how her older officemate sounds like. 

"Oh come on, Yoona. I was just hyping you up because it's your birthday. Not to mention, your 30th birthday! We should celebrate it tomorrow like it's the end of the world!" Hyoyeon jokes afterwards, earning an annoying roll of eyes. "Hmm, what about a barebecue party?" she suggested eventually.

"This year is not going to be like that." Yoona said. "I'm... celebrating it my own." and she announced. She doesn't want to be teased by their colleagues about her age and her status. It will be another hell of a night if she does the same routine.

"Sheesh, don't mind the others. You know they're just jealous that you got a lot of money in your pocket unlike them. They've been working this company yet hasn't owned a condo. Hahahaha." Hyoyeon literally laugh out so loud earning attention from the others. She stuck her tongue out and returns to her desk. But when her eyes landed to a certain flyer right next to her mug, and idea pop-up on her head and she took it, wrote something and put it next to Yoona's hand on her desk.

Yoona did not noticed right away. She only did when her phone beeps and she titl her head. Her eyebrows raise as she took it and read what's the text. 

Tomorrow, seven sharp at Life and Dance Club. 

She turns to Hyo and the latter winks before leaving her desk to their manager's office. She looked down to the text again and suddenly there's a part of her that wants to go to a place where people doesn't care of her age and her status. She took her phone right away and texted Hyo, as her lips curved into a smirk, feeling so excited.
