The Candy Store

Description

Sooyoung never really had a thing for sweets. Whether it was ice cream, chocolate, sours, she just didn't like it very much. That still didn't stop her from going to the candy store a few blocks away from her every Friday though, even if for the most part it was for the cute cashier that worked there. Until the cute cashier called Chuu finds out and takes her on a journey, determined on finding some sweets she does like.

A sickeningly sweet and fluffy story!

Chapter 3: Oh she is actually open for the stories actually, it's just that people tend to try not to hurt her feelings. It's great now that she trusts Sooyoung this much.

Chapter 3: I wasn't expecting this kind of chapter so soon. But I'm not complaining, this kind of moments are always great to strengthen their bond and this definitely happened here.

Also we now have yet another adorable pet! Haneul-bean is probably not getting along with the big fat cats but imagining them meeting is quite fun lol

Jiwoo is now showing her more human and vulnerable side instead of just her happy facade. She went through a lot, and I'm glad she is fine now. It's important that Sooyoung learns more about her, and maybe her little crush may turn into something more.

Chapter 2: First: I'm stanning those two fat cats and Jiwoo's grandpa already!

I love that this chapter let's us have a better look at Jiwoo's life even if you don't mention things directly, the small details like the colors of the walls and the sign at her door match her perfectly. Sooyoung must feel like she just witnessed Chuu's whole life just by looking at the pictures -- and not only hers, but the cats as well, imagine seeing them grown into big fur balls? LMAO

Seeing the girls bond through candy is such a sweet thing (no pun intended!), even if Sooyung might develop diabetes after the first month of dating.

This fic is joyful! I'm imagining Harry Potter's Honeydukes, Wizard of Oz's world, and Charlie and The Chocolate Factory universe all at once. Looks fun!
