Grims have the ability to see inside a personās mind ā their dreams, hopes, fears, and memories ā when they come to take that personās soul. This isĀ the story of how Jimin, a Grim with a tad too much compassion, helps a man accomplish his final dream.

God receives an Ultimatum from the Devil: Lucifer will leave mankind alone forever and stop corrupting them if God condemns one innocent soul to an eternity of torture. Years later, Jin arrives in Hell and finds the Devil alone in the realm.

Hope is a Grim who runs a bar, visited by those who passed but have not moved on. As time goes on, it becomes his job to listen to and help these souls with their problems so they can finally go into the afterlife. One day, someone familiar walks in.

Eli is bored and tired after a thousand years as a Grim, albeit an Elite. When his demon friend takes a leave and asks him to fill in, he happily obliges, and finds himself in the cozy home of an elderly woman who mistakes him for her teenage-aged Goth grandson, Suga.
