Chanwoo gets ready early in the morning. As he fixed his things on his bag, he noticed a picture frame of him and Junhoe on his study table. His eye catches it and stop what he is doing. He walks closely to it and observe how happy they were when both of them graduated from high school. He got the picture frame on his hands and admire for the last time that memory they had. 

“You are just one of them now June” He said to himself and put the frame inside a drawer.

He went downstairs to check if he got something to eat but unluckily he forgot to buy groceries yesterday as obviously he got caught up with a lot of drama. He sighs and just decided to eat on the school.

When he got outside, he was about to lock the door when someone shows up

“Good Morning!” 

“Yah!” Chanwoo was shock and lose a step. He was about to fall again but the said man quickly moved to hold Chanwoo’s waist to support him 

“I swear, you can still be scared easily” Junhoe teases

Chanwoo looks at him in the eyes that he regrets doing as he was mesmerize of how charming those eyes looks like. He quickly get away with Junhoe’s hold and proceeds in unlocking his door.

Why is Junhoe here? Does he feel pity to what he had done yesterday? Chanwoo sighs internally. He hates it. He hates being pitied by others. He hates it more as he is seeing it to Junhoe. 

“So Good Morning!” Junhoe greets again but Chanwoo sighs before facing him and starts treating Junhoe as casual as possible

“Morning” He said while giving his signature smile ignoring the irritated face of the latter

“Yah I said don’t give me that smile” Junhoe repeated but Chanwoo ignored him and just walk pass by him 

Junhoe rolled his eyes and quickly follows him 

“Have you had your breakfast?” He starts a conversation 

Chanwoo is contemplating on what to say. Will he say the usual thing he would say to to others when he was asked the same? Or give what he usually say when Junhoe’s the one asking him? 

Probably he would say “No, I’m hungry June. Let’s go somewhere to eat!”

But it will just cause another burden for him. Chanwoo thinks maybe that is why Junhoe ignored him in the past 2 years because he was tired of him doing such things to him. 

“Yes.” He says while giving again the looks he gave to other people to assure them that he was fine 

“Oh.” Junhoe honestly don’t know what to reply after. Usually he knew Chanwoo always forgets to buy his groceries when he is out of stock. He would usually have breakfast with him like he always do. Wait, when did they have their breakfast together? 

Junhoe felt a pang knowing it was a been a while to have breakfast with him and even walking beside him in going to school

“Why are you here Junhoe shi?” Chanwoo asked

“Oh, I wanted to go to school with you!” He happily said but the latter treats him with a cold shoulder. 

“Why?” Chanwoo asked

“What do you mean why? We always go to school together” Junhoe answered it in the most natural way for him 

“Used to” Chanwoo whispers but was very clear to the latter “what?” 

“Nothing” Chanwoo smiles again “Don’t you have other things to do?” 

“Not that I forgot-“

“Yah Koo Junhoe! You were supposed to wait for me to go to school!” A girl across the streets shouted and run toward Junhoe while clinging on his arms

“Ah sorry I forgot” Junhoe casually said while looking at the girl “anyway, chanwoo-“

When he turns around, he was surprised to see Chanwoo walking by himself with a quite a distance between them. He didn’t noticed how Chanwoo walks fast when he got distracted by the girl.

Chanwoo reached their school in no time ignoring how hurt he felt seeing Junhoe again with a girl.

“Chanwoo, get a hold of yourself. Junhoe can do whatever he wants. Stop being affected anymore” He scolds himself 

He went straight in his room and was surprised to see Yunhyeong waiting outside

“Hyung, Good Morning. What are you doing here?” He asked 

“Chanwoo! You okay?” The latter asked with concerned

Chanwoo was taken aback with the question. He remembers what happened yesterday “Ah I’m alright. Thank you for your concern Hyung” 

“It’s nothing. So, let’s see each other later? I mean in the library. We didn’t went yesterday so...” Yunhyeong said 

“Yeah sure. See you later Hyung” he smiles at him and entered the room 

Junhoe witnessed it that made him rolled his eyes

Chanwoo packs up his things on his bag as soon as he heard the bell. 

He went outside and expected to meet Yunhyeong but he was surprised to see someone else leaning outside of his room

“Hey” Junhoe cheerfully greeted “Let’s have some lunch”
