Umji looked into SinB’s eyes. They were still beautiful, a little bit red though. The color reminded her of the Fremen’s eyes except that the latter were redder. She then looked at SinB’s lips. They still looked kissable but Umji wanted to be sure of that. So she approached them. SinB didn’t move, only her eyes did to land on Umji’s lips. But for Umji no reaction from SinB means an approval. The more her lips were approaching SinB’s the more her heartbeat was increasing.They eventually collided with force because of Umji’s eagerness. But putting her lips on SinB’s wasn’t enough for Umji. She started moving them. SinB wasn’t responding to the kiss - probably too shocked for that - but Umji didn’t care. She thought that SinB would eventually give in. Umji’s bold hand landed behind SinB’s neck trapping it so that SinB could not escape. And for a brief moment, she thought that SinB surrendered when Umji felt SinB’s hands on her chest. Yet, the careful but still firm push followed make Umji stop her action. Umji’s hand was still caressing SinB hair though as their forehead were in contact. They both kept their eyes closed.

 

I can’t … - SinB whispered and her tone show that she was almost sorry.

 

Why ? - Umji whispered back and her voice expressed well the pain she was feeling. 

 

SinB didn’t answer so Umji added:

SinB couldn’t help but feel weird. Suddenly, she didn’t know who to trust. Maybe that beverage was Sowon’s idea, maybe she just wanted SinB to become high so that she could touch her. SinB had to check first. She hoped she was wrong. So she started pretending: She broke the hug and looked at Sowon’s lips purposely. She wanted to tempt her. Sowon automatically looked at SinB’s lips in return. And she wasted no time: she grabbed SinB’s cheeks with her hands and closed the gap between their lips. It was tender first then it became agressive as if Sowon wanted to release all the tension and frustration built up during all this time. Sowon was so happy: with the dark magic’s disappearance in the Sun Kingdom, a kiss wasn’t fatal for SinB anymore. Being the dominant person she was, Sowon didn’t wait for SinB’s acceptance.
