Family Background

Son Hyunwoo is a guy who comes from a rather prestigious family, the Sons, they are known to own multiple properties around Korea and other neighboring countries, although they are a powerful and influential family, they still believe that being humble and helping those in need comes first, throughout generations the Sons always took extra caution in teaching the younger generation about the family’s legacy and beliefs, especially Son Hyunwoo who thinks that all people are after him for his money alone.

Lee Hoseok is the son of the Sons many business partners, the Lees the proud owners of one of Korea’s best known legal firms, this legal firm is passed down for at least the last 2 generations and they hold great pride in their family business, the Lees are acknowledged to be very optimistic and friendly and unlike their natural approachable nature, they are absolutely not someone you can look down on in the courtroom, the Lees are very known for their sophisticated yet predacious prosecution style.

Both the Lees and Sons have very close relations as they have been family friends for centuries and it is no surprise that Hyunwoo and Hoseok are best friends, as they practically grew up together doing all sorts of things together, they are known to be inseparable.

To Hyunwoo, Hoseok is one of the few persons that he considers as his escape from reality, his safe place where he can be himself without anyone judging him or his outragious thoughts.

To Hoseok, Hyunwoo is a dear friend, he loves Hyunwoo so much that he himself once confused with the kind of love he felt for the lad, when Hoseok graduated from high school, he finally understood his true feelings towards his so-called best friend.

"Come on everyone sit in a circle" Minhyuk said excitedly as he dragged everyone to sit with him in a circle, "what are you planning to do now? what kind of game are we playing this time" Hoseok said as he knew Minhyuk too well, Minhyuk was always the fun one the group, he would always gather everyone and let them play some sort of game he either just made up or saw somewhere online, nobody really tells him off because they lowkey appreciate Minhyuk's effort in strengthening the groups bond with each other.

"Okay listen up everyone, I want us to play this game, I'm not really sure if it exists or not but it's really simple, every two people will be paired with each other via a number, and I'll write numbers from 1 to 3 in three different papers, all you have to do is pick one and whoever matches your number will be your partner" Minhyuk explained and everyone just nodded in agreement.

As Minhyuk revealed his hands with three small folded papers to the others, they instantly felt a shrug of thrill and wonder, everyone took a deep breath and started picking papers.
