QUEERILY PERKING HIS CHIN UP FROM THE CROWD, RENJUN TRIED TO PEER OVER THE POPULOUS MOB AHEAD OF HIM, as he swerved around, avoiding the other citizens' surrounding him. The ginger dyed haired lad sprinted with glee, as a smiled lightly folded on his lips, brightening his face and beating the gleaming sun. His hair was an awful mess, comparable to a cluttered bird nest that would be home to small feathery creatures, clothes half wrinkled, thanks to the rough bus ride that sent him to sleep. But Renjun couldn't care less, not like he was trying to look presentable anyways. Catching the sight of the city's centre building, Renjun felt the excitement inside of him bottle up. The line of people waiting behind a small ticket booth didn't let him down, as he shuffled to the very back of the not very lengthy queue.

The senior of Gangbuk High had been very excited for this day. Ever since last night, he had been counting down with his clock, ticking off every hour that passed by its long arm. Then in school, it strike eight, and finally the gates to the exhibition opened to the public. Renjun was happy to voluntarily make a piece of work for the extravagant presentation, though it was a bit of a time killer. He had prepared it months before the D-Day. Well, no one told him he had to make a texture painting. He wanted to. It took up a lot of his time, as well as his effort just to complete the 22 inch by 34 inch canvas. And the amount of patient it drained out of him as he waited for it to dry had slowly murdered him. But Renjun loved to grin if off, he was sure it was worth it in the end.

Paying for a ticket, then handing it to the middle aged man by the entrance made his knees quiver in elation, as well as weighing his shoulders heavier, even though he had left his hefty backpack in class. Renjun silently squealed when he entered the cold showroom, heart panicking in excitement.

It honestly showered his heart with warmth when he placed his eyes on the first art work near him. Nothing had ever felt so pleasurable to the Chinese foreigner.

Colourful canvases decorated the white plain walls of the city's showroom, as a huge, complicated sculpture filled in the space in the middle of the vast space he could see. The showroom was a lot more spacious than his eyes could see, it seemed endless to him. Citizens, and possibly outsiders of the city were roaming around, faces all fascinated and eyes all glimmering. Even the younger kids look flabbergasted by all the master pieces hung up. Especially a little Elementary schooler, who was tugging to the hem of an elder women sleeve, jumping up and down repetitively. He and the younger kid next to him gladly gushed as the overgrown smiles on the faces bloomed a place in Renjun's heart. This was probably his main reason to love art.

Renjun was washed away by the works, as if a gushed of the ocean waves had cleansed him. There were a huge range of art pieces that he came across. He stared at a piece of water colour work that looked incredible, and then mutely gawk at the amazing handmade still figures, displayed all blessedly. Out of all, Renjun was appalled most by a standing board, stapled with master pieces that had been done on paper. It was credited to an elementary school in the city, which had made over a hundred crayon drawings for the exhibition. The same Elementary student from before proudly pointed at one of the handiwork and blubbered, "Mom look! I did that!"

Letting out a soft giggle, Renjun widely grin and walked off, deeper into the showroom.

Now, it had been ten minutes of him admiring everything he had passed by in the expo. A good amount of the people in the city had dropped by to take a good glance at the works, and he could never be more proud of that then anything.

Just as he was cherishing the bizarre painting in a canvas by the corner, Renjun couldn't help but take a good look around him, just speedily observing the people around him. But he didn't resisted himself and not avoid one presence. That person was definitely not unfamiliar to him, dressed in his uniform; a long-sleeved blouse, crème coloured jumper with brown plaid pants. The lad couldn't help but felt his eyes gleam with enthusiasm.

"Chenle!" He called out, not too lurid, just loud enough for the younger foreigner to hear.

Zhong Chenle glanced over his shoulder, lips sprinkling into a light smile as he looked at the other.

Renjun shyly simmered his eyes as he paced over to the younger lad, his face sculptured into the most pleased look Chenle had ever seen, delighted enough to make his chest bubble graciously.

"What are you doing here?" Renjun asked, only to get a lazy shrug from Chenle.

The ebony haired chuckled, "Destiny brought us together again," He cheerily said, making Renjun lightly punch his chest. "Just looking around you know, I heard all these works are voluntarily sent to the city's government."

Renjun nodded, "Yes! And all the money people buy for the tickets will successfully go to the poor and needy." He said.

The other widened his eyes, "Really?" Chenle said, "That's pretty cool!"
