"ARE.YOU.ING.KIDDING.ME?!" CL said before laughing so loudly. 

Dahyun's infront of Sana, all bruised up with two dark wavy streaks wiggling on her sides like a snake's tail waiting to pounce on Dahyun once again by their master's order. CL is sitting beside Sana, cross-legged. She's holding a card on her hand, a card that's gold in colour with a dark-violet spade heart
embedded at the back.

The platinum blonde keeps on hurting Dahyun for the past 15 minutes and she's so amused by all of these--KIM DAHYUN, a weakling?! Now that's a scene she'd watch all day. Sana on the other hand became a crying mess right now,  she mentally cursed herself againfor being so damn useless.

"Please..Please spare her! Don't hurt her!" Sana begged, crying so damn hard in front of CL. 

Sana just wants to scoop Dahyun off from that chair and run away but she's still working on those sticky substances on her feet.

CL released a smirk at this, "Who are you by the way? Her girl? Pshh I never knew, this Great O' Kim Dahyun swings that way. What am I thinking? It's not as if this weirdo right here can get a girlfriend on her own." 

Sana couldn't care less of that for now, she just want Dahyun's pain to end and the next scene that unfolds before her triggered her emotions for the
younger one and at this point...starts questioning her unwavering love and loyalty she had to the maknae.

CL stood up from her seat and walked towards the tofu, untangling her whip that was dangling at her side. Sana's eyes widened at this and imagined what
would happen if that would kiss Dahyun's porcelain skin. 

No, Sana couldn't let that happen. She can't let CL hurt her precious dongsaeng, her dongsaeng that would always find a way to say good night before goingto sleep, her dongsaeng who's been there even if she can't understand Sana, her dongsaeng with that eye-smile that would always visit her in her dreams even if she's in someone else's arms.

This is so wrong but Sana will soon know the answer of these weird feelings she's been feeling towards the tofu and she won't get any answers if they're just gonna die right here.

"No, no stop!" Sana pleads and aggressively struggled on her seat while Dahyun just gave her a look, a look that says, "Don't worry, I'm okay." and that
hurt Sana even more.

"Now taste my wrath and pay for what you did to my leg and eye!" CL mischievously laughed as she lashed the younger one repeatedly, ignoring Sana's screams.

A sound of something that was snapped can be heard and when CL was about to whip Dahyun again something or someone rather, caught her hand. 

"I TOLD YOU..DON'T TOUCH HER!" 

Before CL can even process what's happening, Sana and Dahyun already vanished leaving a faint presence of a newly opened portal.

MINA's POV

"Hey Yeunwoo, what's the update?" I heard Ashe asked as we settled in a room on the 3rd floor, even though it's a wreck we really don't have that much of a choice.

We need a space where we can breathe and brainstorm on what's the best thing to do especially since Jiro and Momo is still unconscious. Safe choice is to stay, but it had just dawned on me that the floor is literally filled with unconscious men and most of them are dead. 

Bado is dead, I checked his pulse and no matter how hard I try to heal him, I guess I can't just bring back life. That's like basic rule for every healing-
prowess character out there.

Kaehyun is still breathing but we already tied him up, later we will have to hand him over to the authorities and as for Bado, well no one would really care
since he's a wanted murderer. 

"1st Floor is clean, the unknown Vexir from earlier who turns out to be Roku's little sister, Rein--is dead. Nayeon killed her. I don't exactly know what
happened because Yara is a mess while reporting and Nayeon's not responding to my calls.." Yeunwoo said.

I'm so shocked to hear another one of my friends managed to kill a person--not technically but still. A LIVING BEING! 

"A-Ah excuse me but is it possible to connect to Nayeon's?" I asked.

"-hey! Is that Mina?! Let me talk to her!!--No, wait Chaeyoung..later!..ugh FINE... Don't give me that face." I raised a brow at this. Since when did they
become close friends?

They sound like one.

"I'm sorry, as much as I want to connect you to your unnie I can't get in touch with her. It seems like she took off her earbuds." Yeunwoo said.

I frowned, why would Nayeon-unnie do such a thing? What made her upset this much?

"Mina! I'm so glad you're okay." I smiled at Chaeyoung's words, her voice is everything. I'm gonna make sure I'll give her the hugs she deserves and so in
that way she won't crave for someone else's. 

I can't believe she hasn't picked up my signs yet. 

"Chaeyoung-ah, behave yourself there. We're fine. I'm fine." I reassured her.

"Okay so back to the updates, Tzuyu is engaging a battle with Roku while Layla's team stays with the goons. CL's VexStats are no where to be found, her
essence is not here. I assume she's using her warping abilities. The other unknown Vexir source is gone too!" Yeunwoo said and Ashe starts analyzing this.

This means they can't go down nor go up, either way they'll be caught up in battle.

"How's on your side?" Chaeyoung asked this time.

"Jiro and Momo is unconscious both of them were severely bruised but I already healed them up." I paused for a while and pondered, "How's Jeongyeon doing by the way?" I asked.

"Well..." Yeunwoo trailed off.

"Jeongyeon-unnie's buds is an open connection not like the ones you guys have as explained by Yeunwoo-unnie so we can basically hear everything from herside and it's somewhat kind of..." Chaeyoung explained but also trailed off as she did.

What do they mean? Okay, I'm literally confused right now.

HIRO's POV

Tsk I didn't thought I'd get a POV considering how much of a jerk I am ever since my first appearance. Anyways, we're currently here in the elevator and it
tooks us a whole goddarn hour to find the ing elevator..even the stairs are ghosts! 

"Is this your first time?" I heard the cool girl asked. Yes, cool girl cause ain't she?

I arched a brow at this, first time? I've been into many battles far more worst than this one but being paired up with a rookie who's clueless about all of
these is surely a first for me.

"Nope. I've been fighting goons and bad guys since I was five." I briefly answered and I can hear her gasp at this.

"That young?! Is that even allowed in your country?" She asked again and I can't help but look at her with a blank expression on hand.

"We're all Vexirs there. Not a single one of us is normal. We have special abilities ever since the moment we're born." I answered and she nodded at this.

"It must of have been so nice to live there where you're surrounded with magic and stuff." She softly muttered and I just scoffed at this which made her
avert her gaze to me.

"My country is undergoing some coup de ever since the Royal Family disappeared leaving us with no rulers to guide us that's why we're such in a mess right now so NO--It's not nice at all especially since there's war everywhere." It's true though but Hiraeth was once filled with green grass, blue skies
and laughter but that was like 25,000 years ago. 

She was quiet for a moment and I can't also help but think: Where did these guys came from? She clearly has no clue what Hiraeth looks like and heck if I
tell her right now that Hiraeth is a floating country, that would shock the hell out of her.
