Description
Yuri has been bullied all her life to the point that she doesn't even bother to defend herself anymore. She accepted being bullied into her system; it's part of her daily routine at this point.
One day, Yuri goes to school on her usual route, passing by the usual people, but there's one thing different about that day. Her senior, who she never even talked to before, Choi Yena, approached her suddenly when she entered the school gates, and asked her to come see her at lunch.
Yuri is already expecting Yena to be the next bully that will take over her life.. But instead, Yena turns her life upside-down.
Foreword
Sooo~ This story is a story I've been writing on Wattpad and I've finally decided to bring it to AFF too. It already has 11 chapters on Wattpad as of the moment.
This Highschool AU will be a series of stories taking place in the same setting and timeline. This will be Story #1. I'm going to start this off by explaining the writing style I will be using as well as telling you what to expect in this story.
Starting with the writing style, Bold and Italics will be used for emphasis purposes as normal but when used in "dialogue", the following will be used to indicate the language they're using:
Korean = Normal
Japanese = Italics
English = Bold
I'm going to attempt to write my stories with the inclusion of the language barrier. Definitely, it will limit the depth of their conversations but I know that the girls have an understanding even with the language barrier and I will try my best to portray it as so. It might get confusing but for this story, not so much as the focus is more on the Korean members.
Moving on to what you should expect, as shown in the description, this story will be focusing on Yuri and Yena (YulYen). Other characters that will appear frequently are Wonyoung, Yujin, and Chaewon. If you end up reading this and the girl you were hoping to read about isn't part of those that I mentioned, I'd encourage you to stay and read anyways but if not, we're cool~ Thanks for stopping by!
Anyways, being in a High School setting, ages will be altered and the levels will be like so. Do note that I will most likely use the same set of levels for all other HS Stories I will be writing.

Now, the Warning signs.
‣ This story will have violence and abuse. As you know, it's a story about bullying. If you don't like anything of that sort related to the girls, you can back out now. I wouldn't put anything too brutal in it cause I doubt I could do it without feeling bad but still. Your call.
‣ The romance will be light. If you're here for passionate romance, you're in the wrong story. If you're here for the fluffy romance that contrasts the darker theme of the story, you got just that.
‣ Angst. You have been warned.
‣ There will be original characters that will be taking slightly major roles in this story for various reasons, one of which is the fact that I do not want to turn any of the IZ*ONE or Produce 48 girls into bullies.
