At the laugh escaping Taehyung, Jimin smiles before he's wrapping the younger male in his arms. Before he can ask the question he's been holding off on, the sound of a gun reloading steals his attention. Just as he glances away, Taehyung disappears from his hold. Eyes widening he begins to look around, the feeling in the air has him feeling uneased and at the sound of laughter, a chill runs down his side. As he turns around he sees and hears nothing for a moment. It isn't until he sees Taehyung beaten and tied to a chair that his heart lodges itself in his throat. At the sight of the other chaebol stepping into view with his wicked smile, the threat from before comes to mind but just as he takes a step forward the plea for him to stop and show mercy dies at the sound of the gun going off.

Screaming, Jimin wakes up in a cold sweat. Heart racing he clutches at the front of his shirt. Glancing at the clock on his nightstand he curls in on himself, his body still trembling at the memory of Taehyung dead. Draped in the blanket of the night Jimin makes up his mind, with no one around his resolve solidifies, "I can't leave you with him, Taehyung."
