"Yobosaeyo. Oh Yoona where are you? I thought we're meeting at the school gate?" Sunye scurried down the hallway of the campus, clutching her bag tightly on her left arm. 

"Sunmi is sick unnie, she can't make it today." Yoona replied, her voice hoarse and dry. She could sense the exhaustion in the tone of her voice coupled with grave anxiety and concern. 

Sunye rolled her eyes once she heard her reply. She was aware of the reason why Sunmi was sick and why Yoona was worn out.

They had been fighting again. She knew it.

Those two could not really get their hands off each other. They were both in legal age yet their immaturity remained unscathed. 

Tsk. So much for those cat fights. >.<

If this continues then, Sunye mentally decided that she has to take matters in her own hands.

"How many times do I have to I tell you not to use your 'you know what I mean' to each other, huh? Do you really like hurting yourselves? For genie's sake, we're sisters!" she scolded Yoona on the phone.


"She started it. I had enough of her rants, plus-

"Yoona, you're older, you have to understand and give way to our youngest sister."
"She's of legal age, unnie!. She should understand me too! I'm tired of trying to understand her in all ways possible. Why don't you just admit that she's a brat and punish her, so she would behave?" Yoona was trying to rationalize things but she was doing little to appease Sunye's temper. She was aggravating the situation by trying to turn the tide to her.

She was the eldest, yes, and their mother knows how hard it is to try promote 'peace' in their household. 

"Correction, you're both of legal age, but you are a tad-

"UNNIE! Listen to me first." It was Yoona's turn to interrupt. Sunye sighed and became quiet, prodding Yoona to speak. "Before you start your damn sermon on me, you should know the reason why we fought in the first place."

"Then why, huh?" Sunye prepared herself for the lamest sibling rivalry reasons Yoona would say. Like how they argued for a pretty dress in the mall, how Sunmi insulted Paris Hilton's lifestyle (yeah, folks, Yoona's a Paris fan), how Yoona said that Coco, Sunmi's puppy, is not cute, and so on and so forth. 

Yeah, right. Come on, tell me.

Sunye heard Yoona's breath shiver before she spoke,

"Sunmi lost her lamp."
