“Hey, Seul.” The lady says almost in a whisper.

Seulgi cannot believe she is supposed to sit, talk and work together for four hours with her ex-girlfriend. She didn’t even know her ex is working at her company. “Hey. That’s vice chairman to you.” She decides to be professional with this matter. Though her heart is beating too fast as she sees Joohyun walk up at the opposite seat to hers.

They weren’t exactly on good terms when they broke up. Joohyun just wanted to break up with her. And Seulgi never chased her back.

“Seul, can we talk about us?” Joohyun’s voice is so thin.

“No. We’re supposed to be talking about my museum project. We’re in the office so I’d prefer to keep my personal life from this.” Seulgi says sternly. She has learned over the years to stay poker-faced in this kind of situation. “And that’s vice chairman to you, again.” She says with irritation in her tone.

“Okay, vice chairman Kang. Let’s proceed with your museum promotion.” Joohyun accepts her defeat. She already has expected this.
