In his room, the night before the group was to leave for their two weeks abroad, which would be filled to the brim with schedules and explorations of new cities, Seongwu sat quietly at his desk. His roommate, Daniel, had fallen asleep long ago, now gently snoring in his slumber. The older male, on the other hand, was wide awake. Seongwu’s eyes looked from the stack of blank paper directly in front of him to the crisp, newly purchased light pink envelopes to his right. He had twelve letters that he had to write before he left tomorrow, and he hadn’t written a single one yet.

Still, he was hopeful that he would get them done. As far as he knew, they had the entire day to get ready tomorrow. He would have more than enough time if he could just start with something now. With that thought, he knew that there was no point in denying the inevitable. So, taking a deep breath, the male picked up his pen and gently placed it to the first sheet of paper, putting the first of his many poetic words to paper…
