With my earphones on , I was laying my body down on the warm bed of mine as I listened to some tunes , it's been almost midnight and still no notification. 

 

I gave hanbin my personal instagram account last night and I'm waiting for him to send me a following request  , but it's been almost a day already , so I think he forgot about it .. or he probably don't want to share his personal social media life with me .

 

My room was unlit and so quiet that it gave me a perfect sleeping mood , my playlist was a variation of calm and chill songs that lulled me so softly to slumber. 

 

No much updates and nothing interesting to stay up for , I went back to my home screen ready to stop the music from playing until a name popped up on my notification bar .

My heart skipped a beat as soon as I recognized hanbin from the profile picture , ! was all I could mouth out at the current  moment. 

 

I didn't waste a second and i tapped on the notif so quickly , it directly led me to his profile , my curious eyes did a quick analyse of his bio , and some of his posts but I soon accepted his request and followed him back .. god , I feel close to him right now for some reasons , i feel like we're living the current moment next to each other but in different dimensions .

 

His most recent post was since 4 days ago , a picture of him in what seemed like an abandoned building , he was looking to the side and smoking a cigarette .. I couldn't help but focus on the details .

 

his messy black hair , porcelain skin and long neck and aesthetically pleasing black coloured clothes .. nice side profile , and great fashion taste ! I thought as I contemplated the photography some more before taking a screenshot  , maybe ill show him to Jisoo when I'll meet her .

 

Somehow , I don't feel sleepy anymore . But what a waste of sleepiness since it doesn't seem like any of us will text the other one in any moment , even tho he's online. 

 

After a good couple of minutes , I bit on my lower lip and finally regrouped my courage to click on his story , maybe ill find a way to start a conversation with him .. it's not the right time now I know , but at least I'll try ! 

 

As the story got revealed , I was able to read the title of the song he screenshoted and it was familiar, in other words , its a song that I already got on my playlist and miraculously , I was listening to it earlier .

 

I tapped a message to reply to it , after million times of deleting and typing it again of cours ..

 

 

- " great one ! I was listening to it earlier :) "

 

 

When I hit the send Button , my heart started beating all over again , for unknown reasons , its not a big deal but I still can't get why im so affected by it .

 

Maybe it's because I'm intimidated by him , or just because I cannot predict him .. as usual .

.

Not even five minutes passed and I already received a reply , I silently gasped and kept reading it over and over again , to be very honest .. I didn't expect him to even open my message box  ! 

 

 

- " telepathy? "

 

- " maybe ~ or we just got the same music taste "

 

- " oh great then "

 

 

, I don't know what to reply to this one .. again , I have to change the subject and let the conversation flow .

 

 

- " and thanks for sharing your account with me , I'm glad to be able to read more of your writings "

 

- " welcome " 

 

 

Alright , maybe he just wants to end the conversation .. a sigh left my lungs and I was close to close the app , until another message popped up from him , unexpectedly .

 

 

- " you're not sleeping ? "

 

- " I'm going to right now , its late "

 

- " sleep tight ^^ "

 

 

A wide smile blossomed on my lips , well wow ! I won't lie but I feel so blissful to receive such a message from him , I feel like a satisfied child who ate too much candies .

 

I'll surely sleep tight now , knowing that he didn't try to seen zone me or just ignore me in general .

few days passed again , but this time I could keep the contact going with hanbin .. since that day , we texted each other pretty much every night , we exchanged some tunes , talked about random subjects ; nothing deep but I'm so satisfied about it .

 

Today, I want to do something special and different : instead of staying under a roof and between four walls with him , I decided to spend the day out with him , somewhere more exciting , somewhere I can see more colours of him .

 

- " hey , wanna hangout with me ? If that's the case , I'll be waiting for you next your house " 

 

I sent the message and nibbled on my lower lip waiting for a reply , say yes , say yes , say yes , say yes ... my nervousness raised with each second passing , but before I regretted the idea , he replied 

 

- " k " 

 

I dropped the phone gently on my chest and left out a sigh of relief , my lips curled up into a content simile .

 

 just by thinking about it , I got excited a bit more , so without thinking about it for too long , I stood up and grabbed some casual clothes for this sunny day : light jeans and white shirt along with a pair of shoes , I styled my hair into a high and clean ponytail .. until I heard the voice inside my head telling me " put some makeup on " 

 

It's not like I'm going somewhere fancy , or on a date with my partner but I wanted to look prettier than usual .. not to impress hanbin or anything .. just for the sake to look prettier .

 

 I positioned myself in front of the bureau mirror and took inventory. Makeup was minimal, reserved to a sweep of mascara. Lips could use some gloss. I my bottom lips giving it a wet shine and tapped my cheeks gently with some tint on my fingertips to give them a rose petals colour then whispered to myself :

 

" perfect " 

 

I looked at myself in the mirror for the last time then walked with the ray of sunshine in my heart to our designated place of meeting .

 

 

Once there , I glanced at my phone many times , it was almost the time .. the weather was chilly and the sun was far from burning .. a perfect day to visit my wanted destination. 

 

I loved the random sounds that came sailing in the breeze; the birdsong came so sweetly, almost tangible,

 

My wait didn't last too long until I saw hanbin coming from the corner .

 

The tall figure walked closer and closer , he was in a black hoodie and jeans along with a pair of Chelsea boots .

 

My smile appeared as soon as our eyes met , he didn't show any readable expression but I was sure of one thing : he came then he wants it .

 

" so you really came ! "

 

i affirmed in a cheerful voice while looking into his dark eyes , he nodded as a reply and stood right next to me , he was frowning and I guess it is because of the sun .. his skin seemed so pale .. more than usual .. he surely didn't go out for a long time , shall I ask ? Or I'll better save that for later .

 

" where are we going ? " 

 

He asked with both of his orbs shifting left and right  , studying the street we stood at .

 

I held his arm for a couple of seconds , just to guide him toward the planned direction .. we had to walk for a little time before arriving .

 

" well , you guess ? " 

 

" i got no idea , but whatever " 

 

He mumbled and started walking next to me , the smile on my face was permanent and I couldn't help but steal some glances at him , he seems like a grumpy old man wearing that expression and I couldn't help but comment about it .

 

" seems like somebody hates the sun to death ! " 

 

My words were followed by a chuckle , which made him reply faster in the most honest tone ever .

 

" well i admit , a cloudy day would've been better "

 

" that's right , but we can't control the weather after all ! " 

 

 

Hanbin's P.O.V 

the bright sun rays burned my eyes , but I can say with honesty that I don't regret accepting going out that much ..

 

after all , psychologists never ask their patients to go out , at least none of mine did this before , so I don't count this one as a session , it's just a normal hangout .

 

From the corner of my eye , I kept stealing glances at this Jennie Kim , she looks brighter than usual today .. and what reassures me is the little make-up she's wearing  , at least I'm not the only one here who did put a bit of efforts to look presentable . 

 

We exchanged some chatter words , like the how are yous and how have you beens until we arrived to the station and took a bus , when we got in .. I choosed quietly .

 

" go there , the last seats . "

 

I liked how she didn't try to opposite my suggestion , because really .. I hate the front seats where there's a lot of passengers around me , it somehow plays on my nerves .

 

We settled ourselves there and she took my favourite place : the Window one ..

 

usually I would fight for it , but today , I closed an eye on that and swallowed it .. maybe she likes it as much as i did .

 

The ride began and the silence was king of the atmosphere , this time , the brunette had nothing to say .. she sat there quietly hands on her lap , admiring the view from the window .

 

 

I tiled my head to her side and it slowly left the cushion of the seat .. it got closer and closer to her shoulder .. what a sweet scent .. 

 

I don't know if it's her shampoo, or her water spray but it's attractive in the softest ways , I didn't hide that I appreciated It , I didn't try at all .. but instead , I murmured near her ear , enough for her only to hear .

 

" you smell good " 

 

She reacted to my unpredictable comment with moving a bit away from me the second she discovered how close I was to her face , and yet my position didn't change .

 

I kept looking into her almond eyes that were opened slightly wider than usual , until she looked at her thighs again , smiling with a hint of embarrassment .

 

Congratulations hanbin , she might see you as a creep right now . 

 

" thank you for the compliment ,  I didn't know you'd notice it " 

 

She explained while drawing random patterns with her fingertip  on her clothing made out of jeans .

 

" not a compliment though , you really smell great " 

 

I adjusted my posture again after repeating and closed my lids in comfort , enjoying the calm little ride before I added. 

 

" Jasmine ? " 

 

" yes , you got it right " 

 

I mentally smiled and kept quiet for the whole time .. this time the silence was comfortable , nothing heavy around us .. unlike the other weeks .

 

We reached our desired station after the bus stopped with a jerk, she excitedly held my arm exclaiming , which obliged me to open my eyes and follow her .

 

" we're there ! Come on " 

 

" wait- " 

 

I asked , but she was too fast , and her energy was twice more intensive than mine so I gave up and just followed her lead until she stood up next a wide entrance where a big crowd was entering. 

 

My mouth shaped a slight "o" , I can't believe she literally took me our for this ..

 

I observed her and she was as blissful as a little child , sparkles in her eyes and a wide smile attached from ear to ear .

 

An amusement park ?!
