“Jung Kook, what are you doing?” Ri Ah hugged herself, rubbing her arms with her hands. “You’re sure I shouldn’t dye my hair?” White smoke came out of as she sighed. Going out always ended up in this situation. “Why would you do that?” “What if someone recognizes me...” “The village is on the other side of the country. No one is going to recognize you. So come out now.” she said, feeling as if she was repeating a script. There was no sound for a few seconds, until Jung Kook’s footsteps could be heard. They left their home and headed towards the town nearby. The two lived in the woods, in a house not too small for the both of them but not too big either. Isolated enough from everything to be in peace but close enough to civilization to have resources. They made fields and sold the products on the market. The products that were not for sell were for them and what they didn’t have, they bought. It was Christmas day. The city was lively and noisy. People were out in the cold at the Christmas market, in front of the high tree or buying the popular candy apple. The two young people stopped in the middle of the center plaza, eyes wide open, up in the air and glittering in amazement. “The lights here are even prettier than back at the town near the village!” “So that’s how Christmas lights look like?” Jung Kook slowly span around, without taking his eyes off the bright night sky. “It’s...so beautiful!” “Right? I knew you’d love it!” “Yeah.” He smiled widely. “I think I love Christmas, Ri Ah!” The young man eventually drifted his gaze to the impressive Christmas tree. “Oh, look, there’s no Wish Balls.” “It must not be a tradition here. Speaking of this, what was your wish?” “Ladies first. What was yours?” She scoffed. “Let’s say it together.” “Okay, on three. One, two...” “Three!” “May we be together forever!” For a short moment, they stared at each other with round eyes. Jung Kook then threw his arms around Ri Ah and rubbed his cheek against her head, shouting, “I love you sooooo much!” The girl laughed but still tried to un-stick him from her body. “I love you too so stop that, you’re messing my beanie off!” she pleaded. “My brain is going to freeze.” Jung Kook giggled and settled to simply hug her tighter. Ri Ah wrapped her arms around him under his opened coat, snuggling her head in the crook of his neck He jumped a little when the tip of her cold nose touched his skin. “I told you to wear a scarf.” Jung Kook rolled his eyes dramatically and sing-sang, “Nag, nag, nag.” She slapped his stomach and he let out an exaggerated, ‘ouch’. They chuckled, before turning back to the lights. A young couple with kids passed by. Ri Ah smiled. “It really reminds me of that Chri

Chapter 4: This story is so beautiful. I'm happy that her parents choose to believe in her, and let them be together. I love it when both of them are there for each other, from the beginning until the end.

Thank you for this story ;)
