One afternoon while Jisoo and Lisa have left the apartment to go shopping, Jennie and Rose have been left alone, just the two of them.
Jennie was making herself some coffee and decided to go ask Rose if she wanted some.
She knocked on the door of the room she shared with Jisoo.
She did not answer.
"Rosie?" She knocked again. "Maybe she's sleeping?" She said to herself. But she noticed sniffing and whimpering sounds. "Rose? Rose are you okay? Open the door! Rose!?" Jennie now started banging on the door harder.
"Rosie, please open the door I wanna help you." Jennie shouted desperately.
Rose unlocked the doors and revealed herself.
She's been crying.
Puffy eyes, wet cheeks, messy hair.
"Oh, Rosie."  Jennie sighed and pulled her crying friend into her embrace.
"What happened?" She asked her hair.
"He...he broke up...with me..." She barely said. She started crying even harder and buried her head in between Jennies shoulders and brown locks.
Her friends smell and warm embrace somewhat calmed her down.
Jennie pulled back and cupped her face so now they were eye to eye.
"Rose, honey listen. I know it hurts. I know it's painful and he's stupid for dumping a girl like you. But you know someday the right guy will come. Yknow you have us always. Just know you will be okay. You're a strong girl." Jennie gently smiled.
Rose sighed. "I know...I ....Thank you Jen. Thank you." She smiled softly.
"What do you say we go make cookies? The Christmas is approaching after all." Jennie asked and Rose nodded.
And so they've had fun making cookies with Jisoo and  Lisa later joining them.
Rose was okay. She knew she will be okay. Because she has her girls.
