A small framed girl all dressed in black with dark makeup was dragging along a taller girl by the wrist towards the red-leaved tree.

“Seungwan, what are we doing?”

“Wendy...”

“But Seungwan is also...”

Joy could see Wendy wouldn't budge from her western name.

"Okay, Wendy, what are we doing?"

Compared to Wendy, the taller girl was quite enjoying the whole moment while Wendy seemed to be on a mission. Her vision was focused on one spot on the ground and her focus didn’t falter. Once the smaller girl was satisfied with their spot, she turned towards the older girl.

“This should be good enough Joy.”

Joy had stepped on a root and towered over the smaller girl even more. Wendy, who had closed her eyes not noticing the even greater height difference, went in for a kiss, but could even reach Joy’s chin. It took a few moments and Joy’s muffled laughter for Wendy to notice she was only kissing the air.

“What are you doing, why are you making fun of me.”

Wendy was always described as cute and she hated it now. She assumed the light makeup and bright clothes were the reason why. Joy determined it had nothing to do with what Wendy put on. No matter how edgy Wendy tried to look, puffing out your cheeks wasn’t going make anyone scared.

“Why are you avoiding me. What are you doing?”

Joy used her newfound height to wrap her arms around Wendy and buried Wendy’s face into her chest muffling her pleas for help. Wendy struggled and waved her arms around wildly trying to anything that would help her escape. Wendy was becoming more self-aware as she grew up and
