Kai walks into the park and grins when he finds the certain boy sitting in his usual spot. Even though there were no kids near him, he still read the story out loud. It’s his daily routine now. He comes everyday and sits beside him, staring at Kyungsoo’s beauty until he leave the place. But that day, Kyungsoo decides to leave early and Kai runs behind him when Kyungsoo suddenly hits something and dropdown. It was like a déjà vu for Kai, but his heart still beats the same.

“JongIn-shi.??” he speaks out, making Kai freeze.

“How..How do you know..??” he breaths out, still holding him close.

“I just know. And I also know that you come here every day and sit with me.” Now he is dumbfounded.

He let Kyungsoo go abruptly but thank god, he was able to stand on his feet right away.

“But..But how..you can’t see right???”

“You have this body order that I got familiar with and I just recognized your touch. Remember you helped me in the hospital..??”

“Woah..that’s incredible.” They both smile and Kai just find his heart fluttering, again.

Kai and Kyungsoo walk back home, hand in hand, with a smile plastered on their faces. Kyungsoo always uses his cane whenever he had to walk back home, but since he is with Kai now, he doesn’t hesitate when the taller offers him a hand. Kai is someone who always makes him comfortable. He doesn’t know why he didn’t freak out when he sensed his presence beside him all these days. There was something about Kai’s scent that is soothing and calming, making him feel butterflies in his tummy. He had always been bullied but when he lost his eyes, it just got worse. He dropped out of school and somehow graduated from high school last year. He is an introvert and he doesn’t have friends. The one he thought left him when he needed them the most. The only person he has now is his dad. Kai feels special when Soo tells him his inner feelings and Kyungsoo was just glad that he finally has someone to share. Kyungsoo usually walks back through an ally since he can’t cross the main road, but Kai takes him there and he gets anxious. Sensing his tensed muscles, Kai holds his hand tight, silently assuring him to trust him. Kyungsoo takes in a breath, agreeing to follow him and together they cross the road. They stop by some cotton candy and share it so naturally as if they had known each other for a long time. They reach his house and Kai finally let go of his hand. Kyungsoo slowly walks towards his house when he hears Kai shout his name.

“Yes..??”

“Will you go on a date with me..?? Tomorrow..??”

Kyungsoo was stunned at the sudden and bold request but shyly nods back and runs into the house leaving Kai grinning like idiot.

Kai lies on his bed in his pajamas and stares at Kyungsoo’s picture in his phone, with a tiny smile on his face.

“So what’s that making Mr. Kim Kai smile like an idiot? Hah..??” Jimin brags into his room out of nowhere and plops down onto his bed with a lollipop in his mouth.

“Ya...How many times should I tell you to knock before you come in ha..?? And why are you eating sweets after brushing your teeth..??” Kai pulls out his lollipop and puts it into his mouth, earning a smack from his twin.

They start hitting each other but Jimin swiftly grabs Kai’s phone that he abounded and take a quick look at his wallpaper.

“YA..Who is he..??”

“You.. Give my phone back..”

“Not until you tell me who he is. Is he your boyfriend..??”

“Yes”

“WHAT..??”

“He is the boy I love...now give me back my phone.” He snatches his phon
