Chapter 14
Please StayJaebum takes off his coat while he waits for the hair stylists to put the last few finishing touches to Crescent’s silky locks. She would occasionally send him small smiles to check on him, but in this last checkup she gasps and rushes to his side, Jaebum looks down and sees that a solid patch of blood spreading along his arm.
“Take of you shirt.” Crescent told Jaebum even though she was already helping him his shirt which revealed a poorly wrapped blood soaked bandage.
“Can one of you please go get the first aid kit and so warm water?” Crescent asks one of the hair stylists who quickly goes and does what Crescent asks.
She turns her attention back to him, “are you alright?” She asks as she carefully unwraps the bandages.
“It’s just a small scratch.” He says to ease Crescent when she sees the rather large gash on his arm.
“We are going to the doctor.” Crescent announces but she cannot budge him.
“Don’t worry, bring that over.” he says to the stylist who just arrived. Crescent helps him clean the blood away and help Jaebum dress the wound carefully with thick layers of bandage. To Jaebum it really was a small wound, but he kind of enjoyed her fussing over him.

Jaebum’s eyes narrowed as he took a step closer to Crescent who just smiled politely and mouthed a soft thank you.
“Well I hope you enjoy yourselves at the ball, Crescent please makes sure to save me a dance.” He said before going off to greet other guests.
“As if that is going to happen…” Jaebum mutters under his breath.
“What did you say?” Crescent asks but she was interrupted.
