People are scared that those with powers can go out of control and become destructive. Which is why the government has come up with a solution. Those with the abnormal gene are forced to wear a collar that shocks them in order to keep them under control. No one speaks out in fear of getting punished. But what happens when five people decide to try to change the ways society views abnormals?

Author's Note: I've kind of wanted to write a superpower/mutant fic for a while and this is what I came up with. Also I got the idea of the taming collars from Zootopia's original plotline. Personally I liked the original storyline but it wasn't really "Disney friendly". Hope you guys enjoy!
