In a few days, the Running Man team will have a fanmeet in Taiwan. But they won’t travel together at the same time since they have different personal schedule that need to be completed before they leave. So Jong Kook, Haha, Kwang Soo, Se Chan and Somin will fly first to Taiwan followed by Ji-hyo, Suk Jin and Jae Suk on the next day.

Jong Kook dropped by his girlfriend’s house on the night before his flight to Taiwan.

“Ohh….oppa……Come in,” Ji-hyo invited. Ji-hyo and Jong Kook has been together secretly for a while now. Not many people knew about their relationship coz they were still not ready for the public announcement yet. Only those whom they were close enough and trusted knew about them.

“Ohh…..Were you sleeping? I’ll leave then, Ji-hyo ah. Sorry to disturb you.”

“A-ni, oppa. I was just……going through my script for tomorrow…..” Ji-hyo answered while wiping her runny nose.

Jong Kook was surprised to see many tissues scattered on the coffee table.

“Yah……Are you not feeling well?’ Jong Kook questioned while sitting next to Ji-hyo.

“A-ni……Just…….a little bit of flu……”

“Let me check,” Jong Kook said while placing his palm on Ji-hyo’s forehead. “Yah! How can you say this is nothing? You’re burning, Ji-hyo ah.”

“Aish, oppa…..It’s nothing….”

“This is not ‘nothing’. Come on! Let’s go to the clinic.”

“Aish, oppa. You are over-reacting. I’ll be fine by tomorrow.”

“What do you mean over-reacting? We have to meet the fans in another country in few days time. You have your work tomorrow while your head feels like boiling. Not to mention that I have to leave my sick girlfriend alone in Korea. This is over-reacting to you?” Jong Kook sounded upset.

“Fine……You are not over-reacting……You just love me so much, right? Arasso, jagiya,” Ji-hyo tried to calm her boyfriend.

But Jong Kook did not respond anything.

“Oppaaaaaa………I’m sorry………..Please don’t be mad at me……hmm?” Ji-hyo pouted making pitiful face. But Jong Kook still looked serious. “……..Oppa…….uhuk……uhukkk…..” Ji-hyo starts coughing.

“You see? You see that? That is not nothing, Ji-hyo ah. Can we just go to the clinic so that I can leave tomorrow with peaceful mind?” Jong Kook pleaded.

Ji-hyo suddenly took Jong Kook’s arms and put it on her shoulder, leaning her head on Jong Kook’s shoulder while her hands hugging Jong Kook’s waist.

“With my doctor here, I’ll be cured just in time. I think I just miss you so much, oppa…….That’s why I fall sick…..” Ji-hyo cooed.

Jong Kook couldn’t help but smile. He then pinched Ji-hyo’s nose.

“Such a sweet talker. Missing me so much, huh?”

“Of course. We’ve both been busy with our own work. We only met during Running Man shootings.”

“That’s right. But the missing me so much……..I don’t buy it, sweetie…..”

Ji-hyo automatically sat up facing Jong Kook.

“Ah wae?” Ji-hyo asked, pouting.

“How can you miss me so much when you are busy kissing your hero in your drama?” Jong Kook was referring to Ji-hyo’s kissing scene in her drama Lovely Horribly.

“Ah oppa…..That is work……It doesn’t mean anything at all.”

“Really? You look like you are enjoying the kiss.”

Ji-hyo couldn’t believe what she heard.

“Oppa, you are so irrelevant. That is purely work! A scene in a drama! That is nothing!”

“Still…..You let other man’s lips touch yours…..” Jong Kook sounded so jealous and upset.

Ji-hyo bit her lips. “I cannot believe we are actually talking about something irrelevant right now.”

“It’s not irrelevant, Ji-hyo ah. You are my girlfriend. Shouldn’t I feel anything when my woman was touched by other man? Should I stay quiet like I have no feelings at all?”

“You wanna talk about your girlfriend with other man? Then how about you and Jinyoung?”

“What about me and Jinyoung?”

“Oh come on! Don’t play dumb with me. Me being with other man is definitely as in the script for a drama. But you and Jinyoung being lovey dovey in the pool, in the kitchen, what do you call that?”

“That’s work. Just like you,” Jong Kook tested Ji-hyo’s patience.

“Ahah! So that’s work while mine is flirting? That’s bull!” Ji-hyo totally blow up. “You know what? You’re right I am sick. But I don’t think you are making it any better. So I think you better leave now. Besides, you have a plane to catch tomorrow with your beloved sweet little dongsaeng right?” Ji-hyo referring to So Min.

Jong Kook knew at this point that Ji-hyo is definitely upset with him. Slowly he took Ji-hyo’s hand in him.

“Ji-hyo ah…..”

“Oppa, I don’t think I wanna hear anything right now. Might as well you just leave.”

Jong Kook didn’t give up. He brings Ji-hyo’s hand to his lips, kissing it.

“Ji-hyo ah…..I’m sorry……..I didn’t mean it to be like this……I was just……I intent to tease you at first……..But I didn’t realize it suddenly became this serious……I mean…….of course I understand your work……But I tested your patience too much I guess……And I’m really sorry, Ji-hyo ah…….Can you…..forgive my dumb act?”

Ji-hyo didn’t respond yet, still trying to find courage to cooed herself.

“………..You hurt me……….” she said.

“I know……How stupid of me to do that…….But Ji-hyo ah……you’re the only one whom I let to see my stupidity…….So……can you forgive me?”

“I don’t know……Should I?”

“……..I think you should……Coz if not, then I won’t leave this place until you forgive me…..I won’t even leave for Taiwan……”

“Now that’s stupid.”

“Don’t care. I can’t work when my girlfriend is angry at me. Might as well I just drop everything and begged for your forgiveness right?”

“You are always like this, oppa.”

“Can’t help it, coz I love you, Ji-hyo ah.”

“Fine…….I forgive you…….Now you can leave peacefully……” Ji-hyo finally gave her forgiveness.

“Shiro.”

“Mwuh?”

“I wanna stay here tonight. I wanna take care of you. At least until you go to sleep, Ji-hyo ah.”

“Oppa, you have to fly out tomorrow.”

“I know. I’ve packed everything. I can make it tomorrow. But tonight, just……..let me stay with you……..okay?”

“……….Fine……..But don’t complain if you miss the flight.”

“Promise!”

Despite her anger at her boyfriend, Ji-hyo couldn’t deny that she’s excited to be with her boyfriend tonight especially because she is sick. She just need extra attention from her boyfriend.

“Have you taken your medicine?” Jong Kook asked.

“Not yet. I still have to see this.”

“Ji-hyo ah…..You need to take care of yourself first. If your condition got worst, you cannot work anymore. Do you want that?”

“But if I take the medicine, I’ll get sleepy. And tomorrow I need to go for script reading. I cannot go there unprepared.”

“You can still do that early morning tomorrow. Right now just rest and get well. Can you?”

Ji-hyo didn’t have the energy to quarrel anymore. Besides, she knew what Jong Kook said was right. 

Jong Kook came out from the kitchen with a glass of water and medicine.

“Come on. Take this,” he ordered.

Ji-hyo followed like an obedient little girl. Jong Kook even wipe her face with ice water to reduce her temperature.

“Now let’s go to your room. You need a proper sleep.”

“Urm…..no…….I’ll just lay down here….” Ji-hyo insisted to sleep of the sofa.

“What? You’re gonna suffer back pain when you wake up tomorrow, Ji-hyo ah.”

“Nooooo……I’ll be fine……Don’t worry, oppa…..” Ji-hyo gave firm answer and started to close her eyes.

But Jong Kook won’t let her sleep on the sofa, knowing that she’ll suffer more tomorrow. Slowly he scooped her body and carry her to her bedroom.

“Ahh! What are you doing, oppa?”

“Carrying my stubborn princess to her bedroom.”

Instead of getting angry, Ji-hyo actually love being treated like a princess by her boyfriend.

“Open the door for me,” Jong Kook requested.

But Ji-hyo shook her head ‘no’ and stuck out her tongue to Jong Kook, teasing him.

“Yah! Should I just drop you here?” Jong Kook threatened jokingly.

But Ji-hyo kept teasing him, now acting like she’s going to kiss him.

“Yah! Stop playing! Do you think you are as light as feather? Palli open the door!” Jong Kook shouted with smiles.

“I’m tired, oppa. I can’t even lift my hand,” Ji-hyo acted and pretended to sleep on Jong Kook’s shoulder.

Jong Kook strengthened himself and forced one of his hand that carried Ji-hyo to open the door. Once opened, he quickly went inside and dropped Ji-hyo on the bed. Ji-hyo tried to get far away from Jong Kook knowing that her boyfriend will get revenge at her but Jong Kook was quicker to pull her into his arms, hugging her from behind.

“Ahh oppa…..Mianhae! Mianhae, oppa!” Ji-hyo shouted, trying to get free from Jong Kook.

“You are really naughty even when you are sick, huh darling?” Jong Kook questioned while tickling Ji-hyo.

“Ahahahahah….Mianhae, oppa……Mianhae…….I won’t do it again…..Ahahahah….Oppa, stop!! 

“Hmm? You admit you were naughty, girlfriend?”

“Yes! Yes! I’m sorry…..I’m sorry for being naughty.”

“Promise me that you won’t be naughty with other people, Ji-hyo ah.”

“Yes! Yes! I promise!”

Jong Kook automatically stop tickling Ji-hyo. But he still hugged her from behind.

“Now sleep, darling…..You need to rest…..”

“Will you stay?”

“…….Yes……I’ll stay…….”

Ji-hyo turned to look at Jong Kook. Jong Kook still has his hands on Ji-hyo’s waist while Ji-hyo cupped Jong Kook’s face lovingly.

“Thank you for coming…….and staying, oppa……”

“Don’t mention it….I’ve missed you so much….That’s why I came….”

“I miss you too, oppa….”

“But you should have told me that you were sick, Ji-hyo ah. I would have come sooner.”

“……I don’t want to worry you….Besides, it’s just slight fever……Nothing to be worried……”

“Of course I’m worried when it’s you, Ji-hyo ah……Coz I love you so much……I’d go crazy if something bad happen to you,” Jong Kook confessed while playing with Ji-hyo’s hair on her cheek.

“……I’m an ace, remember?.......I won’t let anything bad happen to me…….So stop worrying too much……”

“……Fine…..But right now, I need to get something from you to calm myself……”

“What is it?”

Jong Kook move his face closer to Ji-hyo, trying to kiss her. But Ji-hyo put her palm on Jong Kook’s lips, stopping her confused boyfriend.

“I don’t want you to get sick too, oppa. Maybe after I’m better okay?”

“……Not okay…..”

“Oppa……..”

“Ji-hyo ah, please…..I’ve missed you so much……”

“And I’ve missed you too…..But……”

Jong Kook grabbed Ji-hyo’s hands and move it to the side, holding it there. Slowly he continue to capture Ji-hyo’’s lips now that her hands were locked down.

“Oppa…..you’ll get sick…..”

But there’s nothing she can do coz Jong Kook’s lips were already touching hers. 

“I love you, Ji-hyo ah…”

Jong Kook’s lips softly locked with Ji-hyo’s. 

“……..Oppa…….I…….”

Ji-hyo couldn’t finish her words when Jong Kook used this moment to attack her cavern with his tongue. 

“Mmphh…..” Ji-hyo moaned.

Their tongues melting to the familiar warmth with each other. After few moments of tongue dancing against each other, they both broke their kisses, trying to breathe.

“God I miss you so much, Ji-hyo ah,” Jong Kook confessed, exploring Ji-hyo’s neck while catching his breath.

“I miss you too, oppa…..” Ji-hyo replied, hugging her boyfriend lovingly.

“Please remember that I always love you no matter what, okay?”

“I love you too…always, oppa….”

They spend the night together expressing their love and didn’t realized what time they both finally fall asleep in each other’s arms.

The next morning, Jong Kook woke up first when his alarm rang. After getting ready, he went to wake up Ji-hyo. Though he didn’t have the heart to wake her since she looked tired and sick, but he knew she’ll be mad if he just left without waking her up. Besides, she still need to go through her script before her meeting.

“Ji-hyo ah……Ji-hyo…….hey……” 

“Unghhhh!!” Ji-hyo pushed away Jong Kook’s hand.

“Ji-hyo ah….Song Ji-hyo-ssi……Cheon Seong Im…..” Jong Kook called softly.

But Ji-hyo didn’t react in fact sleeping peacefully with her opened mouth which only makes Jong Kook chuckled.

“Ji-hyo ah, wake up now. You are late for work, darling,” Jong Kook called softly while lying down and hugging her from behind. 

“Andwae!” she replied short but continue to dozed off.

Jong Kook decided to play with her. He blew her ears knowing that she’s sensitive with that.

“Ahhh!! What is this?? Ughh!!” Ji-hyo reacted when it tickled her ears. But she just brushed off her ears and continue to sleep.

“Hahahahah…Yah! Wake up will you?” Jong Kook called louder.

“Ahhh oppa….You’re so noisy…….I’m sick today…..”

“Mwuh?” Jong Kook put his hands on Ji-hyo’s forehead but she was totally fine with no fever anymore. “Yah! Your temperature has cool down. You have no fever anymore. Now get up and get ready. Didn’t you say you have work today?”

“Ughhhh!!” Ji-hyo groaned and pulled the blanket up to the top of her head.

Jong Kook couldn’t stand it anymore and decided to wake her with brutal ways. Jong Kook then bit Ji-hyo’s covered ears slowly but growing harder until he get a response from Ji-hyo.

“Arghhhhh!! Arghhh, oppa!! Are you trying to kill me?” Ji-hyo finally throw her blanket and sit up, massaging her bitten ears.

“Hahahahahha…..Well, if that’s the only way to wake up my sleeping princess, then that’s it……….Good morning, darling….” Jong Kook greeted, kissing Ji-hyo’s hair.

“What time is it? Isn’t it still early?”

“It’s almost noon, dear,” Jong Kook lied.

“Mwuh? !! Why didn’t you wake me up sooner? Ughhhhh!! Unbelievable!” Ji-hyo automatically jumped from the bed and into the bathroom without checking the real time. 

Jong Kook couldn’t help but laugh alone. Only few minutes later, Ji-hyo shouted from the bathroom. Before Jong Kook could get to her, she already w
