“Would that be all Miss?” The waiter asked looking at Jisoo and Jisoo alone while giving his brightest smile.

“Yeah that would be it” Jisoo politely answered

“Okay, let me take these then” The waiter said while getting their menus and “accidentally” touching Jisoo’s hand when he gets hers. “Just call me if you need anything” he continued and Jisoo nodded

“And I mean anything” He said before finally walking away from their table and Jennie couldn’t help but roll her eyes.

“What was that?” Lisa said looking disgusted

“What was what?” Jisoo asked being oblivious as per usual.

“Chu, he’s totally into you!” Soojoo said and Jennie flinched at the nickname used. That was her nickname for Jisoo. That’s what she calls Jisoo. It felt different when someone else calls Jisoo that. So she did what she has unconsciously been doing since Jisoo and Soojoo arrived, she sulked in her seat.

“Totally” Rosie chimes and nods her head enthusiastically

“What? He’s not. He was just being nice” Jisoo answered before looking towards Jennie who was insanely quiet the whole time. “Right Jen?” The girl continued while nudging Jennie.

“H-huh? Come again?” Jennie snapped back from her thoughts

Jisoo tilts her head observing the girl beside her “You sure you’re fine? You seem a bit distracted”

“Y-yeah. I’m just hungry” Jennie silently replied

Jisoo didn’t buy Jennie’s excuse. She knows something is bothering the other girl but she didn’t want to press it any further. She knows Jennie will tell her what’s bothering her when she’s ready to tell her and she wants to respect that.

A few moments later and the waiter came back with their orders. He places Jisoo’s plate last and he intentionally brushed the back of his hands against Jisoo’s left hand which was on the table.

“Please let me know if you need anything else” The waiter said but he was just looking at Jisoo “I’ll always be available” he trails “to serve you”

Jennie rolled her eyes since everyone seems to be all over Jisoo tonight and she’s not having any of it.

“We don’t need anything else and we probably won’t be needing anything else but I think other tables do so why don’t you go over there and serve them instead?” Jennie snapped

“Yeah o-okay” The waiter was taken aback “Just call me if ever you need assistance” he continued before leaving.

“Woah what was that all about?” Jisoo asked

“What?” Jennie answered coldly

“That” Jisoo points to the direction where the waiter had left

“What? He was being improper. He shouldn’t flirt with customers you know” Jennie shrugged

“But you didn’t snap like that when that happened to us” Lisa said teasingly

“I don’t know what you’re talking about” Jennie glares at Lisa

“Oh I think you do” Lisa leans forward “And you know what else do I think? I think you’re being overly protective towards Jisoo unnie” Lisa smirks

If looks could kill, Lisa would probably be dead right now as Jennie glares at her. Jennie was still thinking of what to say but thankfully, Rosie unknowingly saved her.

“And I think that’s cute” Rosie coos

“I think you’re cute” Lisa winks at her and Rosie blushed

“Nice” Jennie high fives Lisa

“Not in front of the food, kids” Jisoo scolds

Most parts of the dinner went rather well except the part where Jennie sulked the entire time and would occasionally grunt every time Soojoo would link her arms with Jisoo and every time Jisoo would tell them things about Soojoo as if she’s the most interesting person in the world.
