Mino turned to face the other side of the bed, his left arm trying to search for Jennie. He slowly opened his eyes and tried to adjust his sight in the dark. A frown automatically formed on his lips the moment he realized the female was not there beside him. "Jennie?" He softly called her name, sitting up as he gently rubs his eyes.

But there was no answer.

He stood up and called her louder this time. "Jen?"

Still, there was no answer.

His feet brought him towards the bathroom, thinking that maybe she's inside - probably taking a shower again or she just needed to use the toilet. He lightly knocked on the door, calling out her name for the third time. "Jennie?"

Apparently, there was no answer.

That was his cue to open the door. And he finds himself disappointed as the female wasn't there as well. He sighed in defeat. Where is she? He questioned himself and noticing just now the letter neatly placed on top of the bed. His heart started beating fast, he was feeling mixed emotions --- but fear reigned inside him. He feared she had left him behind. He feared she had kept her promise.

Dearest Mino,

I'm sorry.

I'm sorry for leaving without a word.

I'm sorry for not waking you up. I was just scared you might get mad at me. 'Cause you know, time is up.

You may now stop pretending that you like me. Rest assured that I will do what I've promised in exchange of this... Awesome and wonderful date with you.

Thank you. Thank you for everything you've done for me, for us and for our date. I appreciate all of it and I know that the memories we've built and shared together will have a special place in my heart always.

"." Mino knew he shouldn’t have slept without her in the bed with him. How could he even face the girl at the university after this? What would he say to her? He immediately grabbed his phone and search for her mobile number. Fortunately, he saved all of his students' contact numbers on his phone a few days ago and that includes Jennie's. He was hoping she'd answer it and they could talk. Their date shouldn't end like this.

"The number you have dialed is unattended or out of coverage area. Please try again later."

"!" He couldn't help but cursed out of frustration. Was all of this a part of her plan? To leave him behind at exactly 12 midnight? "Why would you think I'll get mad at you?" He asked, frustrated. And like a flashback, he remembers it.

Mino remembered how rude and mean he was with Jennie. He remembered how much of a jerk he was, rejecting her multiple times, not caring about her feelings. In the end, he couldn't blame her for leaving. She's hurt, pained and one thing is he certain about: He wanted to talk to her. He wanted to talk about them --- how all of this had meant something for him; how it wasn’t all just a show but, he did enjoy himself and maybe, they could atleast be friends.

It has been an hour since Jennie left their suite and she quickly went straight towards the hotel room she booked for herself. Once settled, she decided to get drunk - thinking that it'll help lessen the pain she's feeling right now. And so her feet brought her to a local bar near the hotel where a live band was singing acoustic love songs and there were just a few people hanging out.

One bottle of beer led to another. And another, and another. She was already drunk after downing six bottles of vodka. "One more please!" She called the bartender's attention and he immediately served her order. Her eyes then averted on her notepad. She had lost count how many times she read her wish list. For every thing listed, a memory pops up in her mind. She couldn't help but feel happy and sad at the same time --- if that is even possible. She was happy because she get to go on a date with him but sad because it now ended and everything was just to please her so he can get rid of her. With a bitter smile, she grabbed a pen and started crossing out the things they were able to accomplish.

Jennie's Wishlist

1. Start the date at exactly 12am, Saturday.

2. Address Mr. Song as Mino oppa or Mino.

3. Sleep beside Mino oppa --- I know what you're thinking. One wrong move and I'll scream. I swear.

4. Have breakfast with Mino oppa!

5. Shower with Mi --- Nah, I'm just kidding. Go to Jeju Island!

6. Take pictures with Mino oppa!

7. Share a hotel room with Mino oppa! --- You know, just to save money.

8. Have a couple henna tattoo with Mino oppa.

9. Swim with Mino oppa! --- Ride a jetski, banana boat, island hopping and more! Are you sure you're going to pay for all of these? I've brought some money just to be sure.

10. Have lunch and dinner with Mino oppa!

11. Have a snack and get drunk with Mino oppa!

12. If possible, if there's still time, hangout at the beach with just the bonfire keeping us warm.

13. Kiss me. The kind of kiss that would make me hunger for more. The kind of kiss that would make me shut up whenever I'm getting way too annoying. Kiss me like you mean it. If this is too much to ask, then hug me. Though a kiss would be greatly appreciated, lol. AND KISS ME IN THE MOST UNEXPECTED TIME, OKAY? I haven't had my first kiss so better do it perfectly.
