SinB woke up early, today was the day that Jessica was leaving, she was supposed to go yesterday, but Tiffany made her stay the night since it was already super late when she realized she should have already gone.

"You're up?"

"Mm."

Tiffany ruffled SinB's hair softly, rubbing her eyes as well. They got out of bed together, going to the bathroom, they passed Jessica's room where they saw the door open already.

"Oh? The Jung Sooyeon I know would never be up this early."

"And who's fault is that smartass."

"LANGUAGE!"

Jessica just grumbled and packed her charger in the bag, she really really planned to leave last night, but Tiffany had told her not to, "the dark is dangerous" she said.

"Why do I have to listen to her. Tsk."

SinB was walking back to Tiffany's room from the bathroom, spotting Jessica glaring a hole into the ground, seated on her bed.

"Did you trip?"

"Huh? No. I didn't trip, what makes you ask that?"

"You're glaring at the floor as if it did something bad to you. I figured you prolly fell and hit it. You know, Yewon told me that there's a rule she learned, that with every push there is an equal and opposite push."

"That's Newton's law yes, why does that apply?"

"Because if you fell, on the floor, the floor also pushed you, then you would get angry at the floor. Right?"

It surprised Jessica, that such an odd conclusion was made, thinking about it made her laugh. Laughing about it, made her feel better.

"Thanks kiddo."

"What for? I didn't do anything. Yet."

"Yet?"

Jessica ran her fingers through SinB's messy hair distractedly, lossening the small knots in the childs hair.

"Because if you have a oo then I'd have to sing you the pain go away song."

"Haha, the pain go away song? Could you sing it for me anyways?"

"Eh? You're hurting?"

"Just a little."

SinB worriedly looked Jessica over.

"Where? Where are you hurting?"

Jessica just smiled.

"It's okay now. Go get dressed, you'll be late for school."

"Okay, if you say so."

SinB passed Tiffany who was at the doorway, she patted SinB's back as she passed by.

"And you tell me you haven't met the right kid."

"You told me to stay, what more do you want?"

Jessica zipped her bags and checked that she left nothing behind. Tiffany just crossed her arms and leaned against the doorway.

"I swear, you'll regret it when someone else comes along and picks her up."

"Oh really, I will?"

Jessica just shot a cold glare at Tiffany, one day Hwang, one day.

"Are you two fighting?"

SinB looked a little upset, her lower lip jutting out a little.

"Nope, just a little discussion about the future. Don't worry about it too much."

"Really? Cuz Jessica unnie looks mad."

"Like I said, it's just a-"

"Language."

"Anyways kiddo, I'll see you around okay?"

Jessica brushed past Tiffany and patted SinB's head.

"When will you be back?"

"Didn't I answer that question before?"

"But-"

"Two weeks."

Tiffany smiled as she watched Jessica standing still, her back to SinB as the child held her hands together nervously. Even she didn't know about the two weeks thing. Maybe she could fix that.

"I wouldn't say it so definitely Jung."

"What's your problem?"

"What's your problem? You seem to be extra snappy at me today."

Jessica bit her lip and turned back around, leaving.

"Buh bye Jessica unnie."

SinB waved from the door with a pout. Jessica just looked before getting into her car and driving away quickly. Tiffany held SinB's shoulders.

"I'm going to take you to her next week. Don't worry about it."

"But she was angry with you."

"You want to call her mom right?"

"H-how did you-"

"You sleep talk."

Tiffany playfully booped SinB's nose, making her go cross eyed for a second. Adults are weird.

"So you're going to see Jessica unnie in a week?"

"I guess so? That's what Tiffany unnie said."

Umji hummed, a lollipop between her lips, she won it for being the only student in class who got a hundred points on her math exam.

"Anyways, what flavor is that?"

"Chocolate, don't like it much on a lolli."

Umji held it out to SinB, but she refused it politely. Chocolate was a weird thing to be a lollipop. Popping open her snack box, SinB stared at the little octopus sausages.

"Now how am I supposed to eat these?"

"With the toothpick?"

"But look at them!"

Umji stared at SinB weirdly, these were just sausages cut at the ends, what's so special? She tilted her head curiously at her best friend.

"It's too cute to eat."

Umji's jaw dropped and SinB's hand caught the stick of her lollipop just in time to put it back in .

"Why'd you drop that? You won it square and fair, even if you don't like it much."

"It's too CUTE to eat?"

"But-"

Umji just giggled, holding her stomach, she fell over and started to laugh harder and harder. Her laughter echoed across the playground, attracting the attention of the kids on the playground to look over.

"Fine, I'm foolish, stop laughing already."

SinB ate one with pout, pushing it into her cheeks, making them puff out cutely. Umji jsut squeaked as she laughed, finally sitting upright, she landed a kiss on SinB's protruding cheek.

"You're adorable you know?"

"Eh?"
