This is a cult!au inspired by THISawesome video I found on tumblr (because someone had suggested a fic to be made based on it and I just want to say sorry in advance to them if I've disappointed). And then I kind of got this hanahaki!au idea about it and then the story kind of wrote itself. I literally just started it like, oh let's write a one shot because i like the cult theme, and then boom it all developed in something different from what I had initially expected, but somehow I'm very proud of how it turned out. I'm sorry in advance if there are any particular parts that don't go as smoothly as they're supposed to. I tried my best but the last time I wrote something with a fantasy theme was fifth grade in school so, I don't really know anymore.

Also, the description is actually a playlist on my phone, because I'm edgy like that lmao, just wanted to say that. 

Anyway, this is a BlackVelvet fic (Blackpink X Red Velvet). The ships involved consisting of Wenrene and Jensoo (and a bit of Chaennie), but I like to think the main plot is not about the ships and their love in particular, but the idea of love itself. There's a lot happening and to be expected and I really hope you enjoy it.
