welcome to bakaa review shop! i like reading and writing. i also like helping other people. so, i thought why the heck not? let's open a review shop and also get some karma points along the way.

update (04/16/2020) : it's been two years since i left this shop unattended (oops). however, i'm back because quarantine has left me bored. (but psa stay home please! so our summers can be free:) also, i changed the format of the shop, as you can probably tell. anyways, please request! and stay safe!!

guidelines & the rubric!

one : subscribe to this shop.

this is so that when we post your finished review, you can get notified. (upvote if you feel like we deserve it:)

two : comment after picking up.

reviewers dedicate their effort and time into your reviews, so giving a feedback would be great!

three : you have a week to pick up.

to pick up, credit this shop in your story's foreword.

four : each review costs 20kp.

i, charlislekim, will inform you when the time comes to pay your reviewer. password: love you goodbye. you will be immediately put into blacklist if you fail to do so.

five : be patient.

i think that's a given for anything. we won't take months, but don't expect every reviewer to be quick.

six : scores with 90 or highers will be featured:)))

the rubric:

story title (5/5): is your title original and interesting?

description/foreword (5/5): is your description/foreword enough to pique my interest? is the layout very easy to read or clustered?

layout (5/5): is your layout neat and easy to read? do you have paragraphs or is your story a big blob?

character development (20/20): is your character flat or dynamic? does your character feel real or are they a mary sue? do they have development that relates to the story? do i feel a connection with your characters?

plot (25/25): do you introduce your story effectively to the readers? is the world development presented cleverly and clearly? is your plot flat or progressing? does your story have a fast or slow pace? does your plot keep my interest?

use of english language (15/15): is your story presented with a variety of sentence structures, figurative language, imagery, diction, etc? how clearly do i see your story in my head?

grammar/spelling (15/15): are there a lot of grammar errors? do the verb tenses agree with each other? are conjunctions used appropiately? are there a lot of spelling errors?

personal enjoyment/comments (10/10): basically, the reviewer's personal comments. did they enjoy it, would they recommend it, their feelings, etc
either 1) would be on the top of reviewer's head, but would still read 2) wouldn't read at all or 3) love, love , love it
