“There could be a quite a show in the night sky in this weekend for those who want to spend the evening outside. The annual Perseid meteor shower is expected to peak in the next couple of days, Park Jiwon has this report.”  
“Brace yourself for one of the most magnificent events of the Earth, the Perseid meteor shower, named after the constellation Perseus where the meteor shower appear to come from occurs every August, and this weekend is going to be the best time to watch it. Korea Astronomy and Space Institute says, expect to one hundred meteor showers per hour can be observed from this Saturday night to early Sunday morning. With the shower peaking at around 3 am on Sunday. Whether you live in the northern hemisphere like Korea, or in the southern hemisphere, scientist advice the best time to watch the greatest number of meteors is a few hours before dawn. So why don’t you visit the nation's countryside and enjoy the spectacular scene of hundreds of shooting stars, and maybe even make a wish upon them? Park Jiwon, Arirang news.”

“Wow, that’s amazing! Yerim-ah, Sooyoung-ah, up for this weekend?” I asked them excitedly as a laid myself on the couch.

“Yes.” They answered in unison.

We're currently here at my apartment lazing off, and we're lazy enough not to click on the other channel or play a movie that’s why were stucked on the news program. I am not complaining though, atleast I gotta know that a meteor shower will be coming this weekend and I'm excited about it.

We went to the kitchen afterwards when we realized how hungry we are, and as usual, I'm the one who does everything in the kitchen since those two has no help at all. I just can't imagine Yeri using the knife kitchen as if it's a kind of toy or Sooyoung burning the whole kitchen. Scary. So here we are right now, I'm cooking while the other two are watching me in amusement. After I'm done with the cooking, we set the food on the table immediately and start digging in.

“So where are we going to watch the meteor shower unnie?  Yeri asked.

“mmm somewhere quieter, at the park maybe?”

“I'm sure the park is going to be loaded with people, trust me.” Sooyoung said while shamelessly munching her food

“how about in our house? We could watch it there” Yeri suggested

“are you sure Yerim?  Is it okay?”

“of course! And besides Eomma and Appa misses you a lot since you rarely visit the house.”

“well, okay then! Thanks Yerim!”

“No problem, I know it's important to you to witness the meteor shower since, you had that childish belief on wishing stars.”

“yeah.” I nodded and continued eating my food.<
