The first semester of the school year has ended. Students from SM high had never been so happy. No homeworks, tests, reports, oral recitation, and projects from their demanding teachers.

Joy and Wendy had been planning to spend their semester break at the Kim's residence. They have two weeks to relax and prepare for another semester. Wendy had asked Irene about her plans, the latter planned on going home at Daegu. 

Joy, Wendy, and Yeri had fun throughout the week, barbecue picnics and karaoke with Yeri's family, visiting malls for window shopping since they're broke, playing arcades, sleep overs, and a lot more. But days flew too quickly.

" I can't believe we only have three days left, three days and we are back to asylum." Joy whined while munching peanuts. Wendy said they had eaten enough junk foods already. So peanuts, and it's good for the brain.

"The school has not yet started, but I feel tired already, the word school slowly drains my energy." Yeri then slumped on the couch. Wendy hummed in agreement.

The three bums decided to chill and talk some random s at the Kim's.  

"Wendy unnie." Yeri called.

"Hmm?"

"Ahm, have you talk to your parents already?" Yeri inquired carefully.

"Nope, but I'm aware of the fact that they are calling me." Wendy answered nonchalantly.

"They called mom, asking about your whereabouts. Of course mom said you're good and behaving well."

"Hmm, they're really afraid about me screwing up things huh?" Wendy chuckled bitterly.

"Your parents are really....strict." Yeri hesitated for awhile. 

"Nope, not really strict..They were just.......homophobic."

Everything became silent, even Joy halted the tapping on her phone.

"They always make me feel guilty about my preference,  and they don't even let me talk to my-" She inhaled sharply before continuing. "-anyways, change topic."

They became silent again.

"Sorry." Yeri muttered softly,  she felt a bit guilty about bringing the topic.

"Not your fault Yerm,  it's ok." Wendy gave Yeri a big grin.

Joy smiled at the exchange, she knows how Wendy detested topics about her family, that's why she was silent the whole time.

Her reverie was stopped when she heard a pop on her phone, she tapped the notification and read the message. 'Oh wow' she thought and grins mischievously. 

A gossip, school's gossips. The message from her certain kakao group chat means their school's latest buzz.

Taemin: I got a dish for ya all newsmongers, rumor about a transferee.  She's BIG!

Sunny: what you mean by that?

Yuri: Big

Taemin: Shut up! Imma serious mates.. got this from a friend of mine from YG.A

Sunny: hmm

Taemin: YG's F4?  Ring a bell everyone?

Yuri: you mean YG's mean girls

Jongdae: Exactly

Taemin: Hey there Jong! That's why it's big, just imagine a mean girl going in our school. This is soooo interesting!!

Yuri: Who is it?

Taemin: Well, that's what I don't know

Yuri: pfft

Joy chuckled,  she was really amused reading the convo.  This chat box with approximately 20 members filled with gossips from teachers to students is so entertaining for Joy and for her defense, it's for awareness (that's actually their group's motto). 

She didn't regret joining the group, heck she's even proud of it.
