Taehyung was still a high school student and he was living together with his older brother. He was a bit insecure and shy, but quite intelligent. He was quite a model student and didn't go out much, but his best friend Jimin was keen to change that.

Hoseok was a very close friend of Taehyung's brother. They were both college seniors, quite a bit older than Taehyung, and Hoseok was around their house a lot, hanging out with his brother.
