Lisa’s POV

10 p.m – Cha General Hospital, Seoul

“How you know so much about my dad? And how you know he is my dad? I never tell you that he is my dad?” Taehyung asks me in a very confused tone. I really want to answer him but I can’t find any logical answer for this. I can’t make up any excuse at this state. 

“I…I…” I keep in silence. I don’t know why but I feel like a criminal right now.

“Who are you actually?”

“I…I am your ex…..”

When I was about answer his question, the doctor who handles for Taehyung’s dad case is just coming out from the emergency room’s main door and approach Taehyung.

“Family of Mr.Kim?”

“Yes, I am his son.” Taehyung answers him quick.

“Your dad is already in stable condition but he still unconscious. You may visit him after we transfer him to patient ward.” The doctor explains the situation to Jungkook. I am so relieve to hear that Taehyung’s dad is being fine after whatever happen just now.

The doctor leaves the scene, let only Taehyung and me alone outside of the emergency room.

“I think I should back to dorm now.” Obviously I should get back to the dorm before the roll call. I don’t have anywhere else to go if the main dorm door is lock.

“Oh, you better get back now. I’m sorry I can’t send you back. Are you okay with it?” Taehyung looks at me with his sorry face. I somehow feel sorry for him but I still hate him no matter what.

“It’s okay. I still can get a bus at this hour.” I really have to go right now before there will be no more bus around. I can’t take taxi; it will cost a lot.

“Thanks again, Lisa” Just before I was about to leave, he hugs me; not really tight but I recognize this type of hug – this is a sincere hug I got when people appreciates me. I just stand frozen, not know what should I react when he hugs me so sudden. I can’t hug him back – that will be more awkward.

“I just do what I should do. I gotta go.” I turn around and quickly leave him there without even wave my hands or whatever friendly gestures.

12 am – Outside female dormitory

 Ahhhhhh, luckily I got here before the warden locks the main door. As I was about to enter the door, someone grabs my hands and make me turn. I look at the person who just touch me out of nowhere and realize that person; no other than the most popular person in the campus who has a weird obsession on me – Jeon Jungkook!

“Ya! What are you doing here?” I ask him just because I feel so weird that he is here at this hour. Is he waiting for me for all these hours after the movie?

“Oh! It is just a coincidence I am here. I’m just glad I see you back here in one piece.” He answers me while he looks at his right view – a sign that he lied to me. But I don’t really wanna know his real reason.

“By the way, I’m sorry that I leave you like that at the cinema.”

“Ah, about that, it’s okay.”

“Sunbae, I have an important thing to tell you.”

“What is it?”

“Hmmmmmm…” I don’t know how to put words into this. I really want to tell him that both of us are should not meet each other again.

“Before that, give me your phone.” Jungkook asks me to hands him my phone for reason that he doesn’t tell me but I don’t want to bother myself by asking him the reason. I just hand him over my phone. He takes my phone and dials number on my phone. I hear a ringtone – but not mine. Probably his phone.

“I just save my phone number on your phone and I already have your phone number with me.” He does all that just to get my phone number. I take a look at the name he saves for his phone number – Golden Sunbae. Errr, what is this?

“Golden sunbae?”

“That is how important I am in your life.” He gives me a cringe annoying answer with a cold tone. I don’t know how he did that.

“Erghh.” I definitely don’t know how to react with his cocky behavior right now.

“I’m just kidding.” He stretches his neck and look down as he said that he just joking around. I laugh with his weird type of humor.

“Hahahahaha I understand.” I wipe the tears that come along with the laugh. I know that Jungkook sunbae is a friendly guy, but I can’t believe that he has this side of him that makes me feel so uncomfortable yet easy to get along.

“About the important thing you want to tell me, can we just talk about it next time?”

“Eh, hmmm, sure. I think you should get back now. It’s already too late.”

He leaves. I really don’t know what to do. Why things went like this? It is totally change from the past.

21 March 2003 – 8.45 am – Female Dormitory

I wake up from my beauty sleep and I realize that Jisoo is already not on her bed. I walk to the mirror as soon I leave my bed and check on myself. Oh my pretty face! I can’t lose this face anymore. I should take care of my body and face from now on. I can’t let anyone insults any part of my body anymore. That moment I just realize, Jisoo leaves a sticky note on the mirror.

‘In case you are forgetting, I have class this morning. I will meet Prof Chun after class, don’t wait for me.’

I read the note she leaves me behind; what an old school. People from this age are so lame. We already have phone, we can just send text to each other. What a silly generations. Hahahaha,
