Taeyeon puffed the smoke through her nose, feels so disappointed yet worried about the thing which happened last night

Jessica suddenly left her without notice, Taeyeon feels dumfounded but Yoona said something regarding Jessica’s past

“I’ll meet you tomorrow, Unnie”

And now, Taeyeon is waiting for Yoona, the one who she called younger sister all the time despite no blood relation between them

“Hey” Yoona takes a seat, “Sorry”

“It’s okay. I just arrived” said Taeyeon while turned off her cigarette, “Jessica refused to talk since last night and now, I’m clueless as well”

Yoona chuckled, “Let me order something first”

“Unnie, do you remember that I was dated someone back then?” Yoona asked after placed her orders

“Oh, yes. I remember that you dated someone from your company but ended up badly, why?”

“Not just ‘ended up badly’ but the whole relationship is bad” Yoona chuckled again, “I’ve told you that I have to hid the relationship, right?”

“Yep. I thought because you are still rising star and he is one of important person at the company”

“The truth was, I am the third wheel of his relationship”

“WHAT?” Taeyeon wider her eyes but stops in the middle when the waiters come with the meal and drinks, “Lemonade, still your favorite, huh?”

“I don’t know at the first. I was clueless and I thought it would be safe if we’re hiding our relationship since we’re on same company. As time goes by, I knew that he was cheated with me”

“Of course” Taeyeon huffed, “Don’t you think I just playing with her?”

“Her younger sister said that she might be like me or being polite as usual. But she never showed her behavior like these if she doesn’t like a person beside her”

“I know Jessica Jung is a good woman to love. I feel so guilty when I knew the fact behind Donghae”

“You don’t need to worry. She already forgiven you”

“Nah, now tell me about your fake engagement” said Yoona, “Wait, I guess it would be real engagement after this”

Jessica sighing continuously. She feels so tired after cried all night long and let herself asleep. When she opened her eyes, Taeyeon is gone and her phone isn’t on right now

Sound of opened door startled her, she ducked her head and found Taeyeon with a plastic bag walking to her direction

“Hey” said Taeyeon

“Where have you been?” Jessica asked straightly

“Just outside”

“Did you meet her?”

“I…”

“Did you see her?”

“Sooyeon” Taeyeon put the plastic bag on the table before strides closer to Jessica. She kneeled down and takes Jessica’s hand who balled into fist just now, “I just met Yoona and she told me everything”

“Why… Why must her…” Jessica slowly crying. Taeyeon wipes the tears with the hem of her sweater, “She was… she was….”

“I knew”

“Why is she your sister?”

“We are living in the same neighborhood, Sooyeon. I’m so sorry about her past and she said that she didn’t know that Donghae was cheated”

“I won’t hear his name again” Jessica cried harder and Taeyeon takes the initiative. She stood and hugged her tightly, caressing her back

“I bought you the burrito, please eat it. I’ll prepare our suitcase” said Taeyeon when Jessica is done with her cries

Jessica nods and eat it silently, she’s hungry anyway

Taeyeon smiled when saw Jessica is so focus on her meal. Guess that she’s starving

Taeyeon isn’t chatty as usual because she knows Jessica need her time. But the different is, Jessica doesn’t usually take Taeyeon’s hand when walking but since that night, the younger girl seems so clingy

Even when they’re in plane, Jessica is sleeping while holding Taeyeon’s arm

Taeyeon thinks that Jessica won’t lose her, just because she is close with Yoona, who is being third wheeling between Jessica and Donghae before

“Yuri-ah” Taeyeon approached her colleague at the break at the rooftop. It’s afternoon break, usually Taeyeon and her team have her break time often when works at office. They like field work anyway

Taeyeon light up her cigarette, she’s reducing her habit but still smoking even not much as before. “Do you know, Donghae?”

“Yep” Taeyeon nods while exhaling the smoke

“I know him. She’s chasing Jessica since undergraduate. I guess Ok Taecyeon? Her team at Blanc & Eclare also know him. What’s wrong?”

“I want to know more about him and why she cheated on Jessica, twice”

“Twice? Well, the news that Jessica was cheated on is new for me”

“But Seohyun gave me the exact report and I don’t find any weird purchase” Jessica flips the page by page

“The report from Seolhyun too” Hae In huffed, “Do we need to ask Taeyeon?”
