BTS is in the news again, and this time it’s for being the first KPOP act invited to perform at the Grammys. Carefully, I scrutinized their smiling faces flashing on the screen, Taehyung’s, Jimin’s, RM’s….but most importantly, I stared at Jungkook’s. I realized it’s been quite a while since we’d last seen each other but he still sport that same sparkling eyes, that same bunny grin. Still, I knew even that segment showing his face was a luxury for me. If I was in front of him, I’m sure he could never have that look on his face. For 2 years now, my existence has been nothing but painful memory for him. But it was worth it. I knew it was, so I never dared to regret letting him go. Because that’s how you love someone, you give him everything, even if it means you can’t stay next to him.
