Hai~! Author-nim here with another story! Yeo One is here with his story! I was originally going to have a different plot but I think that this would fit better. If you want to know where the drug came from this is a part of a series of wolfaus and you can go check it out in one of the stories before this one!

Also I'd like to consider this a challenge. I've never actually written about a completely mute person before and Changgu is not going to speak a single line of dialogue throughout the entire story. This is going to be a new experience for me and I hope you guys can understand that!

Characters:

Changgu: A shapeshifter who is mute by choice. He hides behind a look of pure innocence to hide the pain that he is often in from whatever new drug that had been developed for his kind. He is more understanding than people give him credit for, knowing how violent a 'shifter's life can get. Nevertheless he's known for giving a ear for people to rant to since he never judges the person regardless of who they were. His animal form is a large sandy colored wolf with white feet.

Yanan: A shapeshifter who is Changgu's half brother, being the mature and collected one between the two of them. He is younger than Changgu by a few months. He cares deeply for Changgu, knowing that deep inside Changgu is suffering due to either past experiences or the after effects of the drug. His animal form is a large chocolate brown wolf with a slight blond tint from him dying his hair blond.

Hoetaek: A shapeshifter who is the alpha of the pack. He is the oldest in the pack but he didn't want to take the job as the alpha. He took it though, because he still answered to someone else. He answered to Chani, who was the leader of the coven that he and his pack were staying with. He is mated to a vampire named Sungyeol though he has yet to find his own mate. His animal form is a large silver colored wolf with a reddish tint from him dying his hair red.

Sungyeol: A vampire who is one of Chani's "betas" as the 'shifters called it. He essentially took Myungsoo's job as Myungsoo needed to divide the work a beta does in their coven. He helps Chani make decisions, as does Myungsoo. He has come to terms with the fact that even though he is mated to Hoetaek he knows Hoetaek has yet to find his imprint. He hunts with Hoetaek whenever they both have free time, going after animals. When he goes hunting with his coven he likes going with Myungsoo or Chani. His favorite animal to hunt is deer.

Hongseok: A shapeshifter who joined the pack after the debacle with Wooseok. He was always loyal to Hoetaek but stuck around with Wooseok until he got a chance to go to Hoetaek's side. He is aware of the internal suffering that Changgu is going through but can only offer his support whenever he can. His animal form is a large white colored wolf with a silver patch on his back.

Hyojong: A shapeshifter who joined the pack after the debacle with Wooseok. He was the most against the whole thing with Wooseok but couldn't do anything to stop it due to the affects the drug had done to Changgu. He became Hoetaek's beta, taking Yanan's place as Yanan wanted to focus on his brother more. His animal form is a large silver colored wolf with a brown patch on his back.

Kino: A shapeshifter who joined the pack after the debacle with Wooseok. He was one of their best trackers, having tracked Hoetaek all the way to the coven house. He is known for being sort of a douche bag but he does know when to step down. His animal form is a large white colored wolf with a scar going over his left eye only seen in his animal form.

Chani: A vampire who leads the entire coven along with the pack of shapeshifters, a wolf-human and a human. He never expected his coven to get so large but he split it in two, knowing that the 'shifters could make their own decisions. He only steps in when it directly involved him or any of the members in their coven. He was the first in their coven to stick to hunting animals, having been doing so since the day he was turned, and that was just over 200 years ago. His favorite animals to go after when he goes hunting are deer and moose. He is mated to a wolf-human named Jaemin.

Myungsoo: A vampire who shares the position of "beta" with Sungyeol, knowing that they both could provide decent advice to Chani. He was the first in their coven after Chani to start hunting animals. His favorite animal to hunt is moose.

Sungjong: A vampire who finally gave into the craze of hunting animals. He didn't like it at first but after the accident with Changgu he decided to say to heck with it and start hunting animals. His favorite animal to hunt is bears.

Jaemin: The only wolf-human in a coven of vampires and pack of 'shifters, he was definitely the odd one out. He joined Chani's coven after getting rescued by him from his old pack. Having something other than vampires in their coven was definitely new to him, and he was happy to be around people that actually had heartbeats for once. He was fine with the vampires but he did enjoy the company of a human named Yuto. He is mated to Chani who is the coven leader. His wolf form is silver mixed in with white.

Yuto: The only human in a coven of vampires and a pack of 'shifters, he was also the odd one out. He was taken in by Hoetaek after Yanan got him out of the old gang he ran with and now worked at a Starbucks in Toronto to get his life back together while staying at the coven house. Out of everyone in the coven and pack he prefers the company of Jaemin, as he was the first person Yuto could really call a friend other than Yanan and Hoetaek.
